I was thinking the same thing. That was an extremely remote location; I doubt the dog would‘ve wandered there on her own. Also, how long did the owners say she was “lost”? The poor dog showed signs of long-term malnutrition/neglect.

That's close to where I live. Aww.. Poor Stevie. I'm so happy his angel in disguise came to his rescue. Bless both of their hearts. I sure hope the family who parents Stevie are much more responsible next hike. If there's one. Use a leash please! The Koolau mountains can be very dangerous. Falls, wild boar, etc. I must say the Kōolaus are the most magestic place on earth. Home. ❤

SSDI is federally generated. The states that have restricted or outlawed women’s reproductive rights and healthcare (so called red states), are primarily federally supported by the wealthier blue states. Therefore, we would all still be paying SSDI benefits, regardless.

Totally different technology and rocket. After decommission, the Saturn 5 couldn't be built because there was no suitable facility. It was a monster craft with a unique technology. Space-x is building a new system from the bottom up. Remember too when Apollo (8?) exploded during testing? But I get your point.

That therapist needs a medal. But the owner sadly needs to be punished for negligence and abandoning the dog. How can the dog go up so high by herself. The owner is guilty and should be punished. That was cruel. Some people should not be allowed to own a dog. Sheer negligence.

Aloha and Mahalo, thank you for rescuing the puppy up there. Why didn’t you take the animal to The Veterinarian first? She/he looks like she needed more than just water. Puppy needed a doctor. I do not see how that small dog got all the way up there on it’s own. I lived there, when I married a US Marine. We, myself and a female US Sailor volunteered with The Hawaii Dog Foundation.
