Have they asked you to be a character witness for her ? You should be. She needs all the help she can get. This case is so incredibly frustrating how important evidence was mishandled, thrown into red solo cups you drink in, put into stop and shop bags, and not into evidence marked bags. Someone could spend the rest of their life in jail for something they didn’t do. It’s just insane and sad that this is how they did their “investigation”

They were invited in the house for drinks! People are too quick to judge! They have to know the whole story to make a judgement. She is bold and carefully presenting herself; while her body language is not coordinating with her words. She already said, she dated him in the past. He called her / message her as blast from the past. What if he wanted to leave her again? there wasn't anything substantial he found in her; she is all over him in those pictures. She took care of his niece and nephew. Those things can give her entitlement issues. she went on and blamed the entire police department for it. There is a simple rule when you go to party or dinner together, you leave together. In her madness, she may have hit him in the snow and left him there to die; later fabricated a plan to blame entire police department.

@@MineMeMineMeMineMe I agree with your statement. She 'allegedly' took care of the children. If this in fact happened - there's been (most likely) a mutually beneficial arrangement between both parties. From my pov, her body language describes her as a very attention hungry, domineering, vengeful individual. He seemed to be more of a subdued individual.
@iMatti00
@iMatti00 9 ай бұрын
I don’t believe in body language to the extent that a couple of you seemingly do. There’s certain times it can be helpful, and many times is interesting. But I will tell you that there’s been times, For example, that I have shook my head no when I verbally said yes, or vice versa. And I was literally just talking out loud to myself. I do that a lot. If I saw someone do that I would be suspicious they were lying. But my case I was answering questions along with some video or some thing, and I thought they were going to ask the question in the opposite way which would’ve made my answer yes, but they ask the differently which meant to be truthful I had to say no. But if you all were watching my body language you would be convinced I would lying. I also think that people usually are mostly projecting confirmation bias when they look at body language. Maybe you’ve already made up your mind with other information you know about this case and so when you get new information it still doesn’t change your mind. I’ve done the same thing. That’s why they tell members of the jury not to State their opinion, because once you state your opinion it’s harder to change your mind later. Or maybe you know a woman or man, or the situation at hand, they remind you of some thing that happened in your past, so you’re more likely to be on one side or the other. And then subconsciously you look for ways to validate how you already felt either about this woman or the situation from your past. But people don’t realize they are doing it.

@@InLieuTubeit’s not cops and friends kill him in the house it’s a small group of friends and one happens to be a very well connected Boston Cop. From here he contacts all of his connections so the first cops to arrive to the scene are his friends. The lead detective on this case Michael Proctor is a long time family friend so he immediately went to work helping them to cover it up. The neighbor directly across the street (who just so happens to be the ex chief of canton police) had a ring camera set up which would perfectly capture Brian alberts entire front yard/ house claimed his ring camera picked nothing up. He was coincidentally also good friends with Brian Albert. It should have picked up whatever happened whether it was Canton Cover Up Crew or Karen. If they had ring footage of Karen running him over obviously they would give it up. Proctor never sought this footage. He took the guys words for it. They didn’t ask any other neighbor for their ring camera footage and they deleted 2 minutes of the library camera footage that would have coincidentally exonerated Karen by showing that her taillight was in tact driving home from dropping him off. It sounds like a drama from a lifetime movie until you dig into the facts of the case and realize the connections and how deeply deeply corrupt these people are. Go to Turtleboy Daily News. @@InLieuTube So, based on what is known in this case, the theory of a Police cover up is laid out John O"Keefe had prior issues with Colin Albert, John goes to 34 Fairview, home to BPD Sgt Brian Albert (colins uncle), Karen drops him off then pulls forward to let vehicle there to pick up Julie Nagle pull in. At some point John is involved in a fight and later dumped on the lawn in vicinity of where Karen had pulled up. John has wounds to right eye, left side of nose, gash to back of his head, missing a sneaker. Inside the home was an ATF agent who works at Canton PD, another Albert also works at Canton PD. Investigating Officers never checked for ring camera footage from houses facing the way Karen drove, instead they looked in other direction. Footage from Canton Library ( 2 min worth) mysteriously missing. High ranking Canton cop lives across street yet his ring picked up nothing. A drunk ATF agent leaves the house and punches in at Canton PD , everyone named in reports are all related or life long friends! the Alberts make the dog disappear, rip up and replace cellar floor, and sold the house for below market value. oh, and how does a Police Sgt or any of his family NOT go outside to see wtf is going on???

@@InLieuTube correct. To make it even worse, the eyewitnesses told Proctor which direction she left in and he interviewed several neighbors going in the opposite direction only to ensure he could write in the report he spoke to neighbors, but nobody’s cameras had anything. I wonder though, did they actually check for a snow plow hit? Because the injuries do seem extreme unless he was crouched when it happened; maybe he had got out to take a leak and fell and was getting up when the tail end hit him. She may have not seen him there and 'in a black out' drove right kinda-like more into him or something. If she was in a black out, she could have thought she was stuck and rocked back and forth even. The entire thing is bizarre, a real mystery [where's Monk when you need him?] but I do not see the family and group, especially with Jenn & John's friendship and all the kids that were around, having anything to do with it. Let me share ER experience from a Trauma Level 1 hospital. Head trauma looks exactly like the autopsy photo, especially the bulging eyes. Remember, the hand would fracture long before the skull and this patient/victim had multiple skull fractures. That requires trauma and more force than that which occurs in a professional fight. This is indicative of a blunt force trauma head injury consistent with being struck by a vehicle and the secondary impact of the head striking the ground with coup-recoup movement of the brain/trauma and not a fist. Had it been a fight there would have been other obvious bruising. If you are struck by a vehicle at a slow speed (I.e. backed into) it will cause you to fall and strike the back of your head (occipital lobe) which will result in head trauma which will look like bulging/swollen eyes, bleeding from the orfaces of the mouth and nose and possibly eyes, GCS 3 neuro. You can not observe fractures and breaks or skeletal injuries and nobody is gonna image a dead patient to find them. So think about this-a car slowly backs into him, strikes perhaps his orbital/eyebrow region, he falls back onto his head and is knocked unconscious and dies of the elements/hypothermia. It is VERY possible without other observable injuries. If he has been hit at 30 MPH would this look different? Of course. When we get a patient in the trauma bay, l'm concerned with life-sustaining or saving measurements. Not all internal trauma (in fact, most) is visible externally or overtly. Additionally, remember the ER physician stated his forearm had multiple superficial abrasions. These are to the epidermis not penetrating which are extremely shallow (think fingernail scratch), not a K9. It is frustrating when people with no knowledge of how a TBI presents/looks jump to the conclusion he just looks like he was beat

@@StephSilva-qw1lm that would be a good conclusion to reach if it was for the evidence that shows that the injuries to his body are in no way consistent with getting hit by a car. In the trial right now the defense has an expert medical examiner who has done thousands of autopsies and he is going to testify that his injuries are in no way consistent with a car accident. We can speculate all we want but that is kind of a huge plot hole. Even before this I thought, if he was hit by a car you would expect he abdomen to be bruised, ribs broken, pelvis broken, legs broken or injuries, basically places where a bumper (which is the first point of contact when a car backs into something) would hit someone. Instead we see no injuries on his lower body or abdomen and an injury on his arm and head.

She didn’t “leave him”, the agreement was that he would text her when he got inside, he never texted her so she just left. Kind of different than straight up leaving someone. She didn’t go home and just start calling either, she called once the early hours of the morning came and she figured he should be back by then. She might be lying about the alchohol she drunk but why wouldn’t she? The alcohol is the only thing that causes some doubt in this situation but that’s only excluding all of the evidence that works in her favor and the medical examiner testifying that his injuries in no way correlate to a car accident.

This is a woman with a temper. The reason John pulled her up about being too strict with he’s niece and nephew is because she was to harsh on them and did have a temper. She had a very nasty temper when she drank and this is why John wanted to end the relationship. She was controlling and unreasonable. She was very ticked off that she wasn’t invited to the house that night. She was invited but through her arrogance she just assumed she wasn’t invited. This is a woman who has a big ego and holds on to resentment. She got into an argument in the car about not being invited. I don’t think she meant to run John over but when you have a nasty overbearing personality like Karen has with a lot of ego and resentment thrown in as well as being a nasty drunk you have an accident waiting to happen. The whole thing is strange really. When they were dating back in their 20s John noticed a dark side to Karen that he didn’t like. She was controlling and temperamental thats why he ended the relationship. In stead of waiting for the right lady to come into he’s life he went back to the reject heap to get Karen. The reason Karen was single when he got in touch with her after all those years was because men would leave Karen when they discovered she had a controlling temper. Let this be a lesson to all men out there . I don’t care how attractive the women is if she has a temper and blows up at the slightest thing than end the friendship before it’s to late. These types of women are hell on two legs when they are intoxicated as well or in Karens case hell behind the wheel of a deadly weapon, a four wheel drive. By the way there is footage of Karen backing into he’s car when she reversed that next morning. This woman did that deliberately because she was totally ticked off. This woman is very unhinged. Normal people don’t act that way. She is a spoilt brat that has no control over her temper. There was a case I read about recently about a couple arguing about the husband wanting out of the marriage, they were both intoxicated and the children could hear them arguing in the bed room and upstairs and than on the upstairs floor near the stairs. The wife started attacking the husband by slapping him in the face and scratching him. As he put he’s hands up in defence he instinctively was pushing her away with he’s hands. Not realising where they were standing she took a step back and ended up falling to her death at the bottom of the stairs. It took this guy years and a lot of money to prove he’s innocence. I do believe Karen Reid will walk free however with a temper like hers she will probably die a lonely old lady. Keep away from people who fly off the handle for no reason, they are dangerous like Karen Reed.

Another theory floating around (armchair detectives only, that I know of) is that there may have been a fight in the house, & that John was trying to leave on his own & simply didn't make it very far. Meaning, someone broke it up- possibly saying he ought to just go now or whatever- so John took off injured on foot, possibly passed out/fell down on the spot at corner of yard. If only a couple people inside knew what happened- such as a fight in the basement, for instance- then it would have been easy to keep it quiet, whether they knew he had fallen down outside, or even if they thought he was trying to walk home from there. They were all admittedly intoxicated, which skews people's judgement, actions, recollection, etc. Would also potentially explain the 2:27 am google search for how long it takes to die in the cold, & why nobody else (supposedly) saw him out there, or claims not to have. Just another theory, not my opinion~ too many missing connections & details to weigh in on it, personally. Really bizarre & scary~ most of all for the innocent children involved. My heart hurts terribly for his neice & nephew, they were just getting comfortable again after losing their mom & dad. They have suffered a whole lot of loss~ three parents basically, four if we count Karen, who had also become close to them at that point. They also have no clear accounting of what happened to their Uncle John that night, & they deserve justice as much as John O'Keefe does. Praying for all of the above, praying for Karen regardless of her involvement or not, and for all family members affected. Please Lord~ shine light on the entire, actual truth and cover the hurting with Your peace. They need You, we all need You.
