I remremember my dad telling me as soon as the trial started that OJ would definitely get away with murder...that the jury would never convict their hero....and he was right. I believe 1,000,000,000 that OJ was guilty...the fact that he had a motive...opportunity...tried to escape justice in the Bronco and ...most damning of all...the Polaroids of her beaten face that Nicole put in her safe deposit box...she did that because she knew they would be found and identify the guilty. Also....the blood evidence was overwhelming. No one "planted" anything. All Cochran was doing was putting doubt in the mind of the jury. I DO take comfort in the fact that the murderer spent 9 years in prison...KARMA, OJ!!!! God bless Nicole and Ron.

The tragic thing is that during the testimony of his daughter Arnelle Johnny Cochran asked her if her dad could change clothes really fast. He entered this line of questioning because the limousine chauffeur said he had seen a large figure cross the lawn and enter OJ's home & then OJ came out within minutes to leave with chauffeur. Cochran was trying to prove that OJ could not have been the dark figure because he would not have had time to shower, change and take the limousine. Arnelle proceeded to testify that indeed her father could shower & change really quick because he needed that speed in his profession, to be ready real quick. Cochran almost fainted when he heard that BUT Marcia Clark & her team did NOT follow up!!!!! Arnelle's testimony broke the defense argument that OJ could not have done the murder & take the limo on time. Of course, to be fair, the verdict was not based on the evidence in court.

Plus, he was one of the greatest football players ever. When adrenaline is pumping, for him to dodge, slash and move quickly as he murdered them both, they would not have had a chance against someone who had been a top professional football player. He said at the trial he had too much arthritis to move quickly. His muscle memory could kick in with the combo of excitement and anger. Another thing is, most mature women at that time never had taken a chemistry class. Were any of the jury asked if they knew chemistry at all or even taken one class? I'm guessing at least the women had not. The DNA experts testimony was so crystal clear on his obvious guilt, it was embarrassing that anyone could entertain an argument against it. Yet, Cochran planted a seed of doubt. All those hours and days of expert DNA testimony was not even considered by the jury.
@patty-cf7jj4 жыл бұрын
That’s true. All the evidence in the world didn’t matter because it’s a known fact that the jurors decided from the start of the trial that they would declare him not guilty as payback for Rodney King. They said it throughout the entire trial. That’s all it was. What a waste of millions of dollars spent on this trial. What a sham and miscarriage of justice.

Simpson will never spend the rest of his life in prison. It is wishful thinking on your part though. How do you know O.J. Simpson committed the murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown-Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman? Were you an eyewitness to the murders? Or are you basing it on the fact that Goldman and Brown-Simpson are Caucasian and Simpson is African-American?
@matthewbrown2394 жыл бұрын
Teresa Linton OJ Simpson is a free man and collects an NFL pension of $300,000 per year. And he is enjoying the great life as he should be! Simpson's bogus incarceration for robbery was at a country club and he had all the great amenities until his release. Coupled with the fact that the Brown and Goldman families will never receive anything more of the $33.5-million civil judgment that both families was awarded. A civil judgment means absolutely nothing if you cannot collect it. It is a judgment on paper.

When you lose someone, anyone you love, especially so heinously, life just is never the same. You wake everyday in hopes that this has been a horrible nightmare only to stumble from bed and remember no, no it’s not. There is no justice in this situation. Yes, stuck ,suspended in jello.. I can personally say as a victim of more than one crime, without proper resolution, you do get stuck when a crime is life altering. And losing a loved one in such a heinous manner is beyond words. Kim's reaction to the verdict in the court room was so heartbreaking and said it all. We are in a world where life is not fair and many cruel things happen to good people. Strong faith reminds us that vengeance belongs to God and he will eventually do justice one way or another. It is just a bitter pill for the victims to swallow that it can take many countless years for Gods justice to prevail. But God's promises of paradise on earth where our loved ones will be resurrected and there will no longer be sorrow, sickness or death is what we must try to focus on. We are truly, all being tested. Just remember that we can get through our trials, no matter how difficult. Yes, sometimes it takes years. The best to anyone reading this!

@nthnpark0 Ah, yeah he did. Double murder, also armed robbery and he beat his wife many times before he murdered her too. Even if you don't believe the mountain of DNA evidence, and you can rationalise a disguise and changing alibi, this was a violent man who did violent things. Have you ever heard Simpson admitting to the murders, albeit qualified as a fictional admission? The way he answers those questions, he's answering them honestly on other matters and searching his memory. Like, he was asked (and I paraphrase), "You say you blacked out at one point in the murders -- have you ever blacked out before?" And he responds, "No, not to my knowledge." That whole explanation he gave about not writing the book "If I Did It," that he just said yes to the money if he agreed to put his name on it, makes no sense when he's saying this stuff in person and adding in things that weren't in the book. Listen to that interview and tell me he didn't do it -- it's chilling in how sincere he is. But a cop said nigger and lied about it, so OJ's innocent? Alright, the mountain of DNA evidence was all 100% fake, OJ changed his alibi just cos, Kato Kaelin is also lying because that one cop is racist, and whatever other lies you need to tell yourself -- okay. But he did commit a crime, and you're living in a fantasy world for that not to jump into your mind when you posted what you did.
