How many percent chromium in modern structural steel? Are there different grades per the use?

Good info. In our area we pronounce Fillet differently....we say "Fill-it" weld.

ok dumb question. I have seen over the years angles have a tapered thickness to them, not equal thickness like this video shows. The inside is tapered to the filet. Is this video an example of flat bar and not a standard angle?
