As a native English speaker, I feel that's a great idea, but because of the amount of work involved, maybe just a description or time stamp or the surahs would be sufficient and inspire others to research the Quran.

Yes there is many madrassa in Pakistan which have compulsory Quran memorisation from very young, and they are known to produce large number or hafiz
