Im having fun watching u guys from the start&catching up on your latest video's💙 I got as far as the Ecco houses in Golden Bay last year&got stuck there for a week because of the floods,so didnt get to Fairwell Spit but hoping to this year&wear my late Husband Pauls sandles out there.We didnt quiet get there so want to go in his memory&walk a bit of him with me 💙💑💜

For non NZMCA members the Old Macdonalds Farm campground is fantastic. Adjacent to river with excellent swimming holes, it’s about 300 m walk to Able Tasman Park entrance.

its a nice area, how annoying are dogs off leads in areas sign posted no dogs aye... Some local dog owners think the rules don't apply to them. I agree with Tom Split apple rock is a bit of a let down, beach is lovely though. You guys have surely Done Northland, I reckon the further up you go the better the beaches...

Hey! Yes, yes we explored Northland, right to the top, used to live right by the beach between Northland and Auckland, stunning beaches, but there is definitely something extra special about these here Abel Tasman! Thanks for watching! 😊
