When my son died my husband and I were divorced. We split the remains into 3 urns. One for his wife and one for my husband and one for me. What the judge said about a common tragedy of losing a shared child is so true. No one on the planet knew the pain of losing our son as our child like my ex husband did. We bonded again over that tragedy and became wonderful friends before his untimely passing 6 months ago. We all have a part of him and cherish it. There was no argument.

When my son's ex died, he and I raised her son. We shared the cremains with her Dad & wife, Mom & Husband, with her boyfriend and we kept the rest for the boy. They all did something dif with the ashes. Dad put them on his mantle. Mom buried her near her grandfather. The BF sprinkled them in the ocean where she died and kept some in a smaller container for a personal shrine. Purs are in a box for the boy to decide when he gets older. Everyone was good with that plan.

The model didn't look like a drug addict but the lady who ran the agency sure did.

Wondered about Judge Milian for a while chutspah of NY yet in Miami, and she then tells us she ws born in NY..Brava.. it all clicks now she is bettern good she is ..IMHO on par with J J . Two exceedingly finer judges that tell us ALL what life/ judicial matters and ALL that jazz is all about !

That british return deposit woman was so rude. They know they did the damage. If the subfloor had mold for a long time., it would be soft to walk on the floor and stink. This one was wrong winner.

"cremains" is a medical term not something I would expect a grieving mother to use, most parents would say "ashes". Who would bitch about who paid for a cremation, at a time like that does it matter who pays.

Unexpected preg? Absurd - you don't use birth control, you should "expect" pregnancy may happen

Are these actors now because the old version of the show used to give the disclaimer that the litigants and cases were real. But I did not hear that on this show.

I agree they absolutely seem like actors and bad ones at that

Why wasn’t the woman made to apologise to the girl with diabetes? She still obviously thought she was right. If that had been another disability then she would never have been allowed to treat the model that way. Disgusting and I’m also a little disappointed with Judge Milian

Even if she didn't cremate the baby and decided to bury the baby, they should have to split the amount. They both created the child, so why should they not have to share in the expense, thats just my opinion and obviously not everyones opinion. I do believe they both should decide on how to lay the baby to rest.

This judge is talking like a sorned woman. The guy just wanted to close tge door on tge relationship. He was going to scatter tge ashes as many do. He didn't threaten to flush the ashes or tiss them. The judge sounds like a little girl. That us how a teenager thinks. Nit too br***ght
@suga1231Ай бұрын

I understand he is the father and it is heartbreaking for him. But that baby grew in her body and her body gave birth to it. She is the one going through all the hormonal imbalances. A man, bless them, does not and never will get it.
@Cschuster05Ай бұрын
But the baby wouldn't be there if it wasn't for the father. Fathers are not secondary citizens and have equal rights to their children as much as the mother
@rebeccabaron1348Ай бұрын
@@Cschuster05 yes they do have rights. And they are not secondary. But they did not feel this child grow within them. Sick and exhausted. Go into labor and give birth. Hormonal ups and downs including possible depression. Fathers are essential. They are not the mother and literally had nothing to do with bringing a child into the world except for 5 minutes of fun before conception. And, I’m speaking as a mother who adopted my children. All the respect goes to their birth mothers who sacrificed herself to bring my children into the world. When my oldest son passed I made sure his birth mother, who I had not seen since he was born was there to say goodbye to the child she gave life.
