Parvathy and Appunni Sasi played equally significant characters in the film 'Puzhu'; if anything, Appuni Sasi's character was a bit more substantial. Was he paid the same amount as Parvathy? If no, Parvathy wasn't paid the same amount as the superstar for the same reason.

What is the success ratio for a typical male oriented commercial film across the industries? Is it 5%, 10% or may be little more than that? This is where what Parvathy says makes a lot of sense. Why not lose a little to gain much higher later on? The panel should have had Anjali menon, Mira Nair etc along with Parvathy who could have elevated the standard of the discussion. Here you see most of these panelists born with a silver spoon not really taken that flight beyond !

Great to see telugu cinema and women going places. Nandini, Swapna and Supriya are super women who made mark at various levels of mainstream cinema. And bharadwaj having a talk with a Telugu woman power is Gladdening!
