Thats what i always tell people that how important genetics are especially for natural bodybuilder. Here is a quick story of my life. So me and my cousin brother started training like 1.5 years ago and i am 23 right now and he is 17 . I used to guide him about form,nutrition,training and also recovery. So we both started from 56 kg bodyweight but he weighs 75 kg with 10-12% body fat while i am 68 with 20-25% bodyfat. He eats alot of junk food even daily and i remain on a strict diet. I get my protein in and all but he have biceps of 16 inches where i am stuck with 14 inches and the irony is i pull twice more weight than him in biceps and with proper form but still he beats me in size. Also i got 14 inch bicep in 5 months of training but i can only add 0.5 inch in 1 whole year where he added like 2 inches. Its also not about recovery. I take recovery more seriously than him but my arms genetic sucks and also my calves are like 2 inches smaller than his where he didn't even train calves ever and i train them 2 times a week. I always tell him to train them but he just doesn't like to so i don't force him because he already have size. But its not all bad my quads and abs genetics are really amazing. Proper separation in quads even at my bodyfat and his quads struggle yo grow and his abs are also like uneven and only 4 pack abs while i have very even 6 pack abs.

Ustaad plz try to make more comparison videos on Pro shows like Mr Olympia, NY Pro, Tampa , Arnold, Taxes etc. We would like to see more comparison videos of Pro athletes like shaun vs derek and hunter vs nick. Hope to get such content from you in near future.

Another thing i would like to point out is that abhishek has a better bodyframe than rohit khatri, again that is genetic. If you have thicker and wider bones then you can carry more muscle mass.

Ofcourse Abhishek Yadav has experience and his genetics to top over Rohit Khatri but at the same time i guess Abhishek's Shoulder to waist ratio is a bit off and this is where Rohit Khatri clearly leads.
