I still say Paul, in Ephesians 5, is contrasting drunkenness and not formulating a doctrine of a subsequent filling, if we properly exegete Ephesians 5, in my opinion.

Who is the Holy Spirit? You know that "God (the Father) is a spirit". The "FATHER who is a spirit" is called "Father" by Jesus. But the "SPIRIT who is the Father" (nothing actually changed) is called "Holy Spirit" instead. I.e. it's a fully equivalent name.
