I did read that many of these renovations are student projects or visitor centres. Whatever they are, none of them have bathrooms or kitchens!! No there is never a part two and you never get to see the completed inside. A renovation of this size, if doing it yourself would take a great deal of time and money. Just be honest about what you’re doing, people will still watch, no need for the obviously fake backstories!
