Abiqua Falls 95 Foot Cliff Jump

Two weeks ago, the crew decided it was time to take another trip to visit one of Oregon's most iconic waterfalls, the 92 foot tall Abiqua Falls. The flow was absolutely perfect and the weather was as good as it gets for April in the PNW. After watching my friends slay the 102 foot side of the waterfall I finally stepped up to the 95 foot platform on the other side, making it my highest jump ever. Hands down one of the best days of cliff jumping!

I stood up on top of it in march thinking of when Im going to jump it. I didn't want to jump Abiqua falls yet because I haven't jumped anything close to that size yet. I knew that im not fit for the impact off 94 feet so I just decided not to jump. I will send it some day though.

Definitely good call dude. If you ever do it, have a ton of safety down an the bottom and depth check and all. If you do it when it's flowing like this the impact is comparable to a 60-70

@@nicoponnekanti214 I got together with a bunch of local cliff jumpers I know. When we got there, we found the trail to the top of the waterfall, but nobody wanted to jump. So we decided not to depth check and just took the breathtaking view out of it. Next time, I want to witness it!

I havent been here for 4 yrs, is the trail still open to public. I was lucky and drove my subaru all the way down and only needed to hike for half miles. is it still the case? Sick video, must have been a crazy experience.

As of recently, the trail is technically closed to the public due to fires that burned last summer. You can definitely still drive right down to the trailhead though

What videos get a lot of views surprises me. Sadly I think he needs a girl or two in small bikinis on his thumb nails. Yeah I know its cheesy but they seem to work. Chase does great jumps but often has a good looking girl in his videos. In the end its content that matters but a little marketing never hurt.
