Ross Hauser, MD discusses some very common MRI findings in asymptomatic patients and why MRI can lead to surgery even when that may not be the true pain-producing structure.

So happy to see a new video. I have learned so much from your videos and webinars. I honestly don't understand why more doctors don't think about structural issues vs disease. They send you on a rabbit hunt looking for a disease until you feel like you are crazy! Learning from you has been invaluable to me. Thank you so much Dr Hauser. You are educating more people than you even know.

I am exploring prolotherapy for my lumbar ligaments. In the meantime, are there strengthening exercises that can improve ligaments or only muscles?

Hey Doc thank you so much for educating people all over the world. Could you please do a video on endolymphatic hydrop/ Meniere's disease whether it can be resolved with prolotherapy? I have a friend who is suffering from this debilitating condition who really needs your help. Please help. May God bless you.

was just stuck in bed for over a week, last month. it happens a couple of times a year. if i bend over and strain just a little too much - I actually hear and feel the spine grind, click click click. Then I am stuck in bed for a week on naproxin or diclofenac. Thank god those work. connective tissue disorder, hEDS and comorbidities and old injuries

I've been living in torture for 5 months, pressure headaches and neck pain. I am unable to work. My HMO hasn't been able to find the reason for my symptoms, I don't know how to relay this info to my Primary Care Doctor so I can get the right care.

But if you fix the structure these ligaments are attached to, the ligaments are hopefully no longer being stressed, right?

I have hEDS along with comorbidities and probably CCI, so the majority of your videos make sense to me, but now you are telling me that the nerve damage in my knee, from a fall on the winter ice, that leaves my leg numb after standing for 20 minutes, is from damage to the ligament (meniscus?) and would probably benefit from prolotherapy, too?! Geesh, I wonder if there is a ligament in my body that doesn't need it?

Also curious as to what role fascia/connective adhesions would play in this kind of pain.

I believe Dr. Hauser suggested utilizing Prolo Therapy for strengthening the ligaments.

Wondering if a video lecture along the lines of my situation unless there's one I missed. Ive previously fallen multiple times on my neck and head while younger mind you. Nearly 4 years ago I crashed my car while unconscious from a crushed foot when the axel broke. I hit 3 trees at 110kmh, the engine block displaced 6 inches towards me while the airbag hit me causing head trauma+ extreme headpain effecting me for over 24 hrs and I could barely hold my head up. I have 0 recollection of the event. I'm still equally as disabled with almost identical symptom but these disappeared 1 week post injury and reappered with so many symptoms of vagus, accessory, trigeminal damage, severe migraine and cervogenic pain, c1-2 DDD + arthritis, 8 months post and have be worsening since. I can't even keep a job and I'm not quite 25. I need advice..

I can't look at my phone without pain either so don't worry I'm not doing that haha, I can't even sleep without my head tilted back and even with a brace I can't straight up. On a great day it feels as though someone foot is on my scapula and using their weight to pull my head, it puts me beyond extreme fatigue.. I'm not tired I Need to lay downand sleep before cervogenic head pain slams me.

My doc freely told me (and it's all over the internet, too) that plenty of people had the same anterolisthesis in their back as me, but they had no symptoms. Prolotherapy is experimental, and it is NOT very successful.
