Do you have to use the watercolor ink you sell for your watercolor brush pens? Or can you buy other watercolor ink? I wish you sold your ink in a package set of 24.

Hi Amanda! Our watercolor brush pens work best with the ColorIt Watercolor ink. We do sell the ink refills in a set of 24 and are working on having our inventory restocked. 🙂

I just love your colored pencils; however I can not keep them sharp to a point without them breaking right after sharpening them. I have watched and followed your directions on how to sharpen but still to no avail...HELP
