I’m 16 and my right groin has been aching the last few weeks. My right testicle is bigger than the other and feels very firm, while my left is much smaller. There are no lumps or pain at all on my testicles.

Hi I’m 14 and I’m having some pain in my left testicle I don’t know if I might of poked it but I went to the doctors office and had it looked at there was no swelling just pain and my doctor said if it still hurts by Monday I can get a ultrasound but it’s not a excruciating pain it’s just uncomfortable

Hi I’ve got a small lump on my testical and it’s not visible to my eye but I can tell it and I worried if this could be cancer

Hi. If you are noticing any changes to your body we advise you to speak to your GP at your earliest opportunity. They are able to assess and run tests in person to put your mind at rest.

i’m 13 turning 14 and recently i’ve notified i have a small pea sized lump on my left testicle which is for the most part painless and i’ve been extremely worried. i’ve arranged to see a doctor soon but just the thought of cancer makes me so scared. any recommendations on what to do?

Good day,is hematospermia a symptom of testicular cancer?

Hi Nelson, Thanks for getting in touch with us. Any new symptoms can cause anxiety and its not uncommon for people to jump to the conclusion it’s cancer. However, haematospermia can be caused for many different reasons. You can read some information about this here: www.nhs.uk/conditions/blood-in-semen/ We’d encourage you to speak to your GP so they can assess you and refer you to the hospital for any further tests if needed. Went for a check about 3 years ago and they said it was a cyst but it’s still there. Do cysts always go on their own? Started to get back pain now too.

So I went to the doctor and I have a lump on the right, I am 13 and the doc told me to have a ultrasound test If you have a lump does it always mean cancer and is chemotherapy a good option? I also sometimes feel a pain near my knee on the left leg but the lump is on the right testicle

Hi I am 13 years old and have started puberty. But recently in these last couple of days I've had a strange ache in my testicular region, that happens every couple of hours . It doesn't hurt a lot or stay there it's just weird. There are no lumps or weird things happening. I am just very nerve racked. Is it possible cancer?.

I'm 14 turning 15 and I have a lump on my left testicle like the size of a pea is this testicular cancer, it's just a painless lump that has stayed the same size for a long time

Hi! What we would recommend is that you speak to your GP/family doctor at their next availability. It is always good to have peace of mind, and they will be in a position to assess you in person and make recommendations for your care.

@@macmillancancer Yep! I went to my local doctors and he said he's pretty certain it's a cyst but I will need a ultrasound to be sure thanks for the help!

Hey doctor..I feel a small lump on my right testicle, I did an ultrasound for it but in ultrasound no lump is found...doctor said that it is nothing, you are perfectly ok....but I still feel a small painless lump(sometimes small or some time very small lump).....should I worry about it...

just recently got diagosed with testicular cancer ,am Kenya but my urologist haven't taken through me the fertility queries and am due or surgery this week
