How to Make a Balloon Penguin - Learn How to Make a Penguin Balloon Animal // If you want to learn how to make two penguin balloon animals, you've come to the right place. In this video, we teach you how to make a balloon penguin, in fact, we teach you how to make two balloon penguins. The two versions are quite different. This was one of the easiest balloon tutorials to follow .. idk what other people are talking about haha. I am a bit confused by the thumbnail though. Great video either way;

i like the second penguin better. don't get me wrong. i did like the first one. but for me, i like the standard penguin.

I'm new but couldn't you use the nozzle end of the white balloon and pinch twist it under that white neck ball?
