You should know that both Egypt and Jordan as well as other arabic countries do not wish to accept palestinian refugees in their countries, not just today, but throughout entire history of them as a nation. Also, Hamas could form a Palestine as a country long time ago, but they chose not to, because that would mean that they should build sewerage, infrastructure and other things for their population instead of getting money from international organizations that they spent on weapons. Palestinians are victims of political games here, they are rejected abroad, and kept as milch cows at home. Israel proposed Hamas to form a country of Palestine earlier in history, but they did not, because eternal conflict is better for them. Hamas is literally keeping Palestinian population as hostages inside their own territory. And UNO allows that, otherwise they would not have whom to defend on their summits and get their budgets.
