This video shows how to assemble the main instrument panel, glareshield, and CDU bay from Flightdeck Solutions. Sorry about the dim video in parts, I forgot to adjust the camera.
**UPDATE** It was brought to my attention that I should have mounted the clocks and the stand by gauges from behind the backing plates instead of on top of them. See, I make mistakes so you don't have to :)

I am doing a very similar project to you. I am building a Boeing 747-400 and have just started the build process. As you have said flight deck solutions are fantastic and everything is very well made. I would be more than happy to send you some pictures if you would like. Keep up the good work :D

I am actually selling the Sim since I finished my commercial license and I'm starting my first job as a CFI this month. Hopefully on to the airlines in 2 years. So unfortunately there wont be anymore videos. I hate to get rid of the sim, but I'm upgrading to the real thing

Hi Jamie, Nice videos on your 737 Sim Project. I live in Las Cruces, NM. I'm working on finishing my 737-800, hopefully some time this year hopefully. My Sim is mostly FDS gear and is currently flying nicely. How is your project coming along?

Hello! The project is going well although i havent done much in a while. Im taking my instrument checkride soon and thats been limiting my time for sim stuff. I am way behind on videos. I've been having some issues with the projection on the curved screen with p3d. I think I have a fix and I'll try to get that going this weekend

Albuquerque 737 Experience Hello Jamie, I am using P3D with a 12 foot diameter curved screen. I use PixelWix for the warping software. Let me know if I can be of help. Mike E

What’s the hardware package? Is that like the auto brake panel, AFDS, upper and lower DU panels?

Jamie Clum ok I seen those but the package he has posted is like 8k. He has a hardware package that’s $449 so I was wondering if that’s what the panels were apart of

Do they make inside plastic panels that fit on the sides?

Yes they do. The whole liner kit is around 2700 I believe

What is your computer specs. How many graphic cards you have. Thanks in advance

mac glad to have you aboard! My system uses multiple computers. So far I have 3 but I might need a 4th to add the chronos. The main computer has an I-7700 processor with an Nvidia GTX-1080 GPU. That one handles P3D on the projector(s), Sim Avionics server and instructor station, outside sounds, and flight controls. Computer 2 has same processor and the 1070 GPU. It handles the MIP inputs and outputs through the sys board, inside the cockpit sounds, captain side PFD/ND, upper EICAS, captain CDU. Comp 3 is same as comp 2 and handles FO PFD/ND, lower EICAS, and FO CDU, inputs/outputs from overhead. When I get comp 4 it will handle both chronos and inputs/outputs from pedestal.

Cool, I am trying to get 787 sim going, I have one pc i7 2 graphics card 1080, struggling to to expand my instruments into 2 screens, SLI mode don't help it just kills my one of graphics card. Do you have any ideas how to put complete instrument panel into 2 screens
