Abraham Bolden was the first African American Secret Service agent assigned to the White House detail to protect President Kennedy in the Spring, 1961. He was hated by the racist Secret Service agents who resented his presence. Mr. Bolden overheard a loud, animated, and vulgar argument that Lyndon Johnson had with JFK and Robert F. Kennedy upon entering the Oval Office in the early evening of June 29, 1961. This video contains the combined audio only of two interviews given by Mr. Bolden within the past 18 months. He tells how he was set up to be wrongfully convicted by the racists in the Secret Service in the 1960s. Bolden was pardoned by Pres. Biden on April 26, 2022 after having served 6 years in prison during the 1960s. He is a courageous man who never backs down and always does the right thing, regardless of the cost. It is a character trait that everyone admires, but few are willing to have for themselves.
