I did this meditation as I was commuting to work. My stomach was in a knot as I suffer from chronic anxiety. I really hate that feeling. I was sitting down where the morning sun hit my face. I visualized being there, at the beach, my favourite place. I could hear the waves, the birds, feel the warm breeze. I felt the grass under me and my toes touching the sand. I saw myself dressed in a white flowing outfit. I opened my heart and was grateful to God for this sun, for the fact I had a job to go into, the life He allowed me today and for finding a beautiful soothing voice in you that kept telling me to manifest being in wonderful, peaceful surroundings. Thank you for this small token of your time and effort. God bless you immensely

We are going to evolve together. There are times I have doubts, but he is very special to be with and I enjoy him. We are both changing, and becoming more patient and tender with one another.

Evolving together is a good idea. I've been waiting to be "ready" for years and I am still evolving, I seem never to be "ready". :) I should wait for eternity for to be "ready". I've been waiting to be perfect, that my life situation is perfect etc. As a matter of fact: the relation that is not evolving, would be boring! I like to meet a partner, who wants to evolve all the time, too! Besides that he likes cats and believes in the Law of Attraction etc. The idea of cats came to me, when my girlfriends complained to me, that I care too much of cats. I've always, always loved cats, since I was a child, and I never stop! Cats are essential part of me and my life, they are in my vortex! My girlfriends said to me, that I should have a man to take care of, not cats. THEN I got the idea: I want a man, who takes care of himself - I take care of myself. And TOGETHER we can take care of cats! (among other things). My girlfriends can choose an alcoholic or something like this to take care about - my man really, indeed, can take care of himself! A man, that I should take care of, would be too dull for me - his kind of person is not in my vortex at ll!!! What my friends were thinking?? The contrast they showed me really, indeed, made me see, what I want! Quite opposite what they wanted me to do! What kind of friends also want to take away from me the essential thing I love in life, cats? Why they were jealous to my cats? Was it too much that I pet them when my friends are visiting me, and in about 2-5 minutes I give attention to my cats, not to my friends? That was too much? So me and my man, who cares of himself, have time for cats, maybe for dogs, too. We'll give a home at least for 5 cats and buy a bigger house, with garden, so that we have room enough. There are so many empty castles here in Germany to be sold, so I could buy one of them. White horses would be nice also, but maybe in these modern times I would buy white cars instead of horses. That would be nice. Besides petting cats and dogs we're traveling :), having fun and evolving. That is what is in my vortex!

We believe you have ability to keep making next decision from where you are guiding yourself to where you want to be...consider making a decision and then lignin up with it...so if you say "I've decided that this is the one for me right now...I've decided this..and I'm gonna monder the way i feel and when a feeling of fear comes up which has nothing to do with who you areand has something to do with something else I'm gonna find a way of reliefing myself out of that fear..because the only thing you could say to her although she may be not ready to hear it "the only thing between me and you Is me ...the only thing that could keep you from being perfect for me is me - exactly! So don't do that -ok And don't try to figure it out all now and don't be afraid of some negative emotion don't expect every moment with everyone be a perfect moment just say hey this is way way good and is getting better and then just go with that flow ..sometimes we think that people sitting in this chair are wanting us to give them an advanced anouncement...if you say " is this the one and only? " we would say why don't you make a decision and make it so!

I didn’t you lol the relationship I was in to evolve. I put too much pressure on her for a serious long-term relationship instead of just enjoying the time we have together each day. I fell deeply in love with her. And now she doesn’t want to maintain regular contact. I really believe I lost the love of my life

So hard to get to an improved emotion after a breakup you didn't want -- or in Abraham's terms, crashing your car at 500 miles at hour. I also don't understand how getting off the subject helps you focus on what you want.

I THINK what Abraham means by getting off the subject (and I don't speak for Abraham hah) is that love is love. Fun is fun. Feeling good is feeling good. It's all the same vibration. Whether you adore a lover or a favorite piece of furniture, it's the same feeling of fascination and adoration. Your inner being has already taken really good notes of what you want, now get in the same vein of what you want by feeling for it....was that clear as mud? Hah hope this helped a little. I had the same question.

@@whoopsiedoop i think a lot of us can relate; romance and companionship is wonderful. But yearning for it is almost superfluous and unnecessary. Once you realize you dont need a physical lover to accomplish what you want (the feeling) it's sooo liberating. Im no master at this particular subject, but every now and again, i get pockets of clarity. And you will too. We're all in this together; you got this!

Her schtick is (essentially) that she is “channeling” a higher being who speaks out of/for a collective of higher beings. In reality she uses principles of cognitive behavioral therapy and positive psychology, packaged in “law of attraction” verbiage.

Abraham I have the same question that the guy in the hot seat is asking he'd met this young lady in two weeks but he don't want to be pushing just enjoy it... I met a young man 3 weeks ago and he's been very pushy about his dating spending time I just want to get to know him cause I'm not sure if he what I want help me Abraham

Sorry Abraham it was a typo mistake some of the things I said in my comment...he's being two pushing... I enjoy talking to him but he wants more than that and I'm not ready for that I'll talk about Abraham Hicks I share your videos with him to listen to I can't Settle it's better out there for me the God knows me At least sing to Abraham Hicks too much just a fall into temptation that I'm not sure But then again Abraham Hicks also says just chill don't be so serious😊
