I' have trouble understanding the focus part. Here Abraham says 'focus on them swiftly'. In another video 'focus on that the whole day long'. In another video 'don't focus on it because than you stay in step 1'.

@@IslandGirlKelly I think I'm getting closer and closer to the answer every day. We know we have to be at least satisfied every day, so we don't have to think about that anymore. Replace Abraham by a person that you adore and trust. Before you almost fall asleep see that person in your imagination and ask for a (small) thing you really want and explain to that person why this makes you feel satisfied or even happy. And of course this person makes sure you get this. Is it a thing? Name it. Imagine you see it, feel it, taste it, touch it. Focus on this one exercise only!!! Fall asleep happy.
