@@art83islife I would suggest don’t let all the success comments of getting an ex text back distract you from your actual job- to get in alignment ... regardless of the ex coming back. happiness is having absolute zero attachment with anything, anyone ,place or thing,. Any very very hard concept to even try and wrap one’s brain around in the very beginning but overtime the universe will continue to show you that in fact, this lesson is that one true lesson we all will eventually come to realize. It might not be the one that we will except, and it might take you very very long lifetimes to truly understand behind this freeing. Starting over at 43 is absolutely terrifying when you’ve been with somebody for 21 years. I have struggled with letting go for over three years and just recently thought of just having zero attachment and trying to work on with that actually means within my own life has shifted something very small, but I know the aftermath of all of this is going to be in my life , and the breakthrough that I have been desperately trying to find through everything but what actually is. No one wants to be alone and having no attachments, is, in fact, the opposite of alone. When you realize that you’re connected to all things, you’re only changing the perspectives perceptions of what those people places things experiences everything that’s happening you’re only shifting, and it may take a very long time, but I promise you the moment will be so subtle you can’t believe your eyes and so impactful and you have no idea where you’re going or what you’re going to do but you have this weird ability that wasn’t there before interesting. I no longer hold anyone anything any experience accountable for how I am feeling now. That statement is powerful and liberating and self and something I’m going to continue to work on believing.

I don't ever want someone to be different than what that person is, its the reverse I just face myself with people that wanna change me. Im who Im. Sometimes I'm detailed, that's maybe part of the problem too as although Im creative Im also highly realistic as I need a sense of safety and that maybe blocks everything but I don't feel connected with unsafetiness either with uncomfortable things and positions at all.I just don't feel aroused in unsafeness either in reconciliations at all but in the continuation, when I don't have consistency and I just have disruption I don't feel safe I get afraid that things may happen again and thats sabotage but its the circuit that was been created out of that disruption that happened and then I accepted because of my ego thats hurted not because Im engaged in unsafetiness.I need to feel safe to be open and to open myself and to be aroused, I like dialogue I like conversation I like courtship. I just don't accept ups and downs because they don't match with who I am, I like things to last, I love to be in long last relationships, thats what I need then I get stuck and maybe I low my vibe but I don't believe in casual relationships and people that ghost others and show up later thats like "ok" you know ? there's no female that ever feels attracted with a sense of unsafety, whe are not made for it, males are , we are not that strong and its good to be vulnerable and its feminine all females are likewise.I need to numb myself to understand this, yet is just a giving up on myself that I may understand but to understand is not to be or believe on it, I should lose the sense of who Im to engage in those things. I'm receptive to safetiness. There's timings and the time passes, so dynamics loses lots of things, and things just happen in certain timings and within a timeline. Look at the planes in the sky they are coordinated in space and time otherwise theres no root and no travel...look at cords and music they are safely coordinated... that's harmony...Im surely a limited mind. I don't like elaborations as having to guess, I appreciate safety and harmony, pure sensations as water and absolute natural things, natural pure love that lasts forever.

How about journaling? I’ve been journaling about the person I’m trying to attract back every night before bed. I write everything in present tense, as if it’s already happening and then I go on about my day and keep myself in a high vibration. Is this me, doing too much?

I am doing something similar with TESLA 3-6-9 but in the end, what matters is how much you hold on and think of the past and what you had... I try to appreciate and move forward just believing that it will happen eventually and will be different and better... Maybe look into Shelly Bullard videos... those are interesting as well.

Yes, please tell us how you did it re winning them back? In terms of your own question, I remember Ester saying in a previous video (and it has been true when I analyse my own past relationships), that your initial coming together is the greatest measure of your compatibility with someone. As in, the vibrational state you were in the moment you first met the person, is a very good indicator of how easy it will flow. So the idea for you, might be to focus upon getting that bit right, that way there will be less calibrating needed/less situations where the person is behaving in a way that you don't like. Hope I'm making sense here. But yeah, please do share your secrets re getting them back!
