Wonderful discussion by Abraham about the power of our emotions. We can't pretend to feel better than we really do because our vibration is what and how we transmit. So whatever we are feeling, we should allow ourselves to really feel that emotion, not to act as if we feel differently. That won't do any good. We have the Emotional Guidance System for a reason.

So I went through my old diaries to see what I was doing when I somehow manifested the most. In 2005, I got the job I have now, got married, became richer. I was making $13k and went to $33k. I was 26 then. I was obsessed with beautiful movies and literature. On focusing on them I somehow distracted myself from my reality. I wasn't doing affirmations, vision boards etc. I didn't even know about them.

thats inresting. What did you read or which movies did you see? sometimes i feel sol bad, i can´t even concentrate on the movie, so maybe only possible when you already feel good steadily. And if i watch a movie it cant distract me from life because afterwards i´m back in my life or problems....its just a short time period in the vortex maybe..if the film is really good. Maybe you were lucky, getting allegedly into the vortex and manifest all that.Or you just earned it in the real world.But also 2005 was a whole diffrent world, wasn´t it?

@@madlenj.4644 I remember watching the movie Orlando and some Italian movie about 7 wives or something. Norton anthology of world literature.I was obsessed with Kate Spade at the time, reading chick literature and moved to Philly. I wanted to live in the city. Shabby chic was my decoration look. Kate spade as you may know committed suicide a few years ago so that lifestyle turned out to be a dud. Anyway forget all that and try a hack that doesn't require your mind if you are having a reallyhard timewith your mind. The human body has a frequency of about 60htz. Gemstones have a frequency of a 1000htz. I was also at the time wearing an amethyst pendant. You could get an amethyst bracelet for $10 off Amazon and wear it all the time. Increase your frequency another way to manifest better things if you are havinga hard time doing it with your mind.

@@sarahfks ty for your comment. It sounds like you had the most imporant ingredient...a lot of hope, as well a a vision. Thanfully it didn´t turn out for you the way it turned out for this actress, but oh maybe not? Because who knows what happens then, I looked up the amathyst. I had a collection of stones when i wasn´t even a teenager. But i didn´t noticed any difference.Somewher i do have these stones burried i think above me in the attic where i couldn´t find them. I thought about a chakra bracelet. It also contains the Amethyst. But i discovered that there are so many fakes on amazon and you just can´t tell if real or fake. See thats always how my life goes, a easy idea turns to much work. Did the Amethyst work for you back then? I could order on amazon try it and if not..send it back.

@@madlenj.4644 yeah I think it helped me and in my case it was an amethyst pendant. I wear it all the time now. I suggested a bracelet because they're cheaper but if you can find your original ones you can carry them around in your pocket. I have kept them around the house too but I think that doesn't do anything. I think your soul manifests things and its frequency is caused by your thoughts but it's hard to think good thoughts all the time. The amethyst in your energy field when you wear it makes the frequency given off by you higher resulting in manifestations of better things. I had a negative thought spiral this morning just because I had a lot of ironing to do and then everything I watched on TV to distract myself ended up being disturbing. If I left my manifesting up to my mood I'd be in deep trouble.I'm happy I think again now.

i don´t understand that nap thing, always take a nap her and take a nap there..if i would handel life like this, i would only sleep at days and be awake at nights.But at the same time she says, if you go to sleep oujt of the vortex your not going to wake up in the vortex. In other words you go to bed feeling bad, waking up feeling bad.
