Hey, NARIC is not a test. NARIC is the National Academic Recognition Centre and is the National Agency responsible for providing official information on international education, training, and skills acquired outside the UK. So, either you can appear for IELTS exam or apply for NARIC certificate. If you want to come as soon as you get a job, I would suggest to prepare this thing in advance. I hope I am able to answer your doubt.
