Every response by the Pogcor should present all the documents to the congress in order to review the flow and status of pogo certification and operation, any changes, additional operations. This should also be observed by the LGU officials under its jurisdictions and to be reported to the PNP. It is failure to perform its responsibility regarding the safety and protection of the community. The LGU and PNP are in cahoots regarding pogo operations but let’s not forget POGCOR.
