I'm showing you another way to cook your chicken and the receipt is “For really juicy chicken, marinate or brine the chicken before cooking. Marinades and brine solutions are really easy to make at home. See for yourself with our how to marinate a chicken and how to brine a chicken tutorials.” which is known as marinate or brine your chicken. As the way you showed your talents by cooking chicken using jars is the first time I've seen which is perfect ideas by your own though.

@lifeinruralthailand Ryan and Damo's cooking shoes... this was funny, especially at two points...1) Damo having a good laugh at Ryan's expense during the cooking and 2) when taking the chickens to Yai's house the male family member (Damo's brother-in-law?) saying "the butt is burnt", where Ryan looked around at his own butt 🤣 Note for Ryan, as I'm sure you know what I mean... just needed to end the vlog after turning and looking around at your butt with the "Benny Hill" theme music

I have not seen Damo oldhouse before. FYI You're not supposed to drop the chicken in the fire. Personally, I roast my chicken in the oven 180°C 20 minutes per pound plus 20 minutes. I'm only ten minutes into the stream, and it's the best laugh I had so far.

Fun vid. Years from now when you have your own restaurant you will look back and smile. An instant read thermometer you insert at the thigh/drum joint will help avoid the guessing/cutting means to determine doneness. Then resting the meat for ten minutes or so will redistribute the juices so they do not all run out at once. Bon appetite!

Two expensive chickens as you have to buy a new pot lol, the chicken did look amazing, my mum used to say "a little bit of dirt does not hurt anyone ". I am of the generation who was brought up eating and playing in the dirt in the garden I'm sure it built up my immunity , unlike today where they have wipes for everything. A interesting and entertaining and fun video.
