It's easy to see when that's what the camera is focused on, the refs were probably looking at the play near the puck, not the guy 25 feet away from the play

you must be a bad ref too, if you have that bad of tunnel vision that you can't see a play outside of exactly where the puck is you shouldn't be a ref... you're slow af bud.. the ref has to be able to be scanning the ice not just the puck lol, if you've ever been on the ice you realize that you can see practically everything with your eyes, how do you think players like mcdavid read plays so well? they're always looking around observing while playing, if a ref can't simply just observe he shouldn't be a ref period. @@erecno7979

Brody, coming from a former Junior captain, you learned a lesson this game. You need to be a captain the refs like and want to talk to. Trust me, it goes a long way. Let your coaches yell at them. You speak to them as yes sir, no sir. You can question things, but yelling in their face will only hurt what’s going on in the game. You’re doing fine as a captain man. Everyone can see you’re hustling your ass off. Keep that up.

youre right!! if the refs dont respect you, they wont even look at you. thats why i always started out the opening face off with a joke for the ref...get a chuckle from him and he might let you go with the odd hook or trip.😉

Thanks for posting all these videos. We don't have a lot of junior hockey like this where I'm at, we have the W and also a couple USPHL Premier teams but nothing like the NAHL or NA3HL. I like to see players coming up and stuff. Plus you channel led me to the FPHL games on KZfaq and I've pretty much watched every Hat Tricks game uploaded from last year. Thanks again.

Refs like that make it about themselves and they’re terrible discretion literally resulted in outcome altering calls. There has to be accountability there but I know for the most part there isn’t any. It’s a hard job, but that kind of calling should result in guys being suspended from calling games.
