There was a chance they were going to build a bridge to it. Sailed through here on a ship in 1964, saw it from the ground in 2004.

21:25 convicts at port arthur were only referred to by number.. solitary confinement, had to wear a face mask whenever outside their cell. the church was designed that no one in the congregation could see anyone else apart from the minister 😳
