The missing is because of the new BSIV setup. That is a pure design flaw from RE. We can't do anything. But there is one thing. After i bought my TB350, i had become a mechanic. Now i had started repairing my Honda also. Thank you RE😏

After watching this review I changed my mind. RE should note these issues and take consideration.

I am Thunderbird owner, every issues are correct, mostly in high altitudes. You have to open the fuel cap occasionally when you are traveling around hills.

Very genuine review boss. I too bought a 350X. Though I did not do a leg ladakh trip, I still have the same issues. All the 5-6 issues you said are present in my bike too including the key quality. Pathetic that they don't care about this.

I was facing similar miss-fire and stalling issues which couldn’t be solved by RE workshop. On troubleshooting, i found out that the fuel pipe has been put in the same plastic clamp which had ABS and brake wires. Due to this the fuel pipe was squeezed and fuel delivery was abrupt. I removed the fuel pipe from that clamp and the issue was solved. This issue is being faced by all TBX with ABS because the wires are put through the same clamp. Try and let me know if issue is solved.

I faced many of the same issue this guy faced. Although I was more interested about the engine. In Leh they recommend to not kill the engine if you stop for 1 min. As it will be tough to restart it, atleast in Classic. Did you face it with this bike ?

Really Honest review...fuel indicator behaves irratically...infact all digital bar indicator even in cars (eon) behaves erratically... don't know the reason...i m also facing little rusting issue on silencer holder and handle balancer...fortunately no mech problems yet...2K done only

My Thunderbird x s facing the same issue of fuel indication.

The avg mileage of my 350x is 41-42 km/ litre. The only issue i m facing is its fuel tank vibration sound. Its loud.

Mine also engines stop after running 1.5 hrs.... i use to remove tank cover and start again. After one day gone to service center ... Found the pipe which pass through is pressed by seat cover... That was cleared now it is ok....

I aslo have Thunderbird 350 x and i also faced all same issues infact it had one more issue when you drive it in rain its back mud guard gives you mud bath 😬

Bhai i am also facing similar issue. Also mileage is not good or may be the fuel meter is wrong. Acceleration is a bull shit. While using in hill side i am not getting enough torque as in normal bullet 350.

Been riding Thunderbird 350 Bs3 version in different terrain for years now and never had these kind of problems. But i also see Thunderbird 350 X version with lots of issues.. instrument cluster falling off, steering clamps broken etc and that fuel problem because RE engineers has done a half baked job to meet the new emission norm. Royal Enfield is a company that either you loved it or hated it because their quality control are so inconsistent. One could have a bike without issues and the other person could have a nightmare filled issues from day one.

U nailed it bro. One more issue u gonna face and that is pollution check. Bullet seldom pass pollution check. I am tiered of this issue.

If the issue on the RPM is still on you might want to check your Battery Cells and the Battery units if that's picking the right charge.. This possibly can be a issue so please check the Battery the charger etc.. I had a similar issue on my car. And had to change the Battery and the assembly. Just a advice.

Actully i have same bike with me & facing problem on same week i purchased then go to service center & they open petrol tank & there is a pipe which tranfer petrol to engine, it had been blocked by petrol tank. After he assemble that pipe i never face that problem again. Now its more than a year to use my TBX

I also have a Thunderbird x, bro the tank is actually of 20 litres capacity. You can't fill it up because of BS4, also, the reserve in this bike is 5.5 litres.

In short thunderbird nei lene chahiye....all problems are major problems....and so many customers are facing.....after investing 2lakhs also never expected this from royal Enfield

I faced the problem of thunderbird suddenly stopped. I observed it stopped because I parked bike in hot weather. Suddenly there was rain, that brought down temperature down, which reduced the pressure in tank, hence fuel pressure also got affected. After some time my bike also running properly when pressure inside the tank becomes normal.

i used re Thunderbird for last 5 months haven't any issue.....take good care of your bike.... sometimes I've filled tank full but no issue I've seen good luck

My fuel meter and everything works very well..after dip dip also I can ride it for at least 50 to 80 kms

So I can't Digest 3 Problems that you faced with Thunderbird like !!! 1. I have Tb500 And I used to refill 15 to 18 ltrs before the mark starts Blinking, that means it had 2 to 5 ltrs already in Tank, 2. Paint issue, surely you drove more that 1000km in few days and in area full of mud and sand and dont you think it would be sticking under your shoes and on your saddle bags tyre side which actually scratched your painted Parts ? Why not engine or the Untouched parts lost the colour ? 3. The Headlight, TB has one of the best light in all Motorcycles i used till now. Best Focus. I also have extra Fitted LED Lights but I hardly used them and get your LED lights fixed beside Headlight above Indicators. It will keep there... Have Fun and drive Safe...

Bike stalling when petrol is filled to the brim is a known issue. I faced the same and apparently it happens due to air lock. Rest of the issues are not real. You should get the fuel gauge checked.

Yeh sab problems old thunderbird mein bhi tha ishliye mere jitne bhi frnds k paas tha sabne sale kar diya, sirf 1 frnd ko chorkar kyuki woh long ride karta hee nahi tha. Socha tha Thunderbird X mein yeh sab fixed hua hoga, aab toh luga hee nahi yeh bike😎 Thanks for sharing your own experience👍
