I would imagine they sound extremely well, creative has been in the audio biz for a long time. Computer audio is what they are known for, have creative sound cards in my PCs and they transform my dull windows pc audio into powerful kick ass studio sound. Love it I can't wait to check them out, I just got JLab Jbuds Air and they are OK, not very comfortable in my ears. That don't really matter, battery life is very limited so have to take them out after a couple hours to charge again. But these here, these Creative sounds like a winner!! Thanks for all the great informational, honest reviews. It's guys like you that take the pain out of buying crappy sub par products. You Rock Bro!

Well, I unboxed mine half an hour ago and have had them on hi-speed charge. Tried them in my ear and they fit perfectly. Tried the button you had trouble with - and I've got to say, had no problem at all. Then used testing sound file: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/gJaRZbOjyMWxgaM.html Got the following results: Bass response: down to 27Hz Upper response: 15,300 Hz These are excellent results. Ergonomically the buds feel comfortable and as they sit into the pinna without projecting away from the head, they cause no leverage or bending. I suspect that for those using then during running etc will find them secure though I've not tried this and can make no comment on how settled they would be when sweaty. Speech: clear and well toned Music: equally good without overpowering bass. So, I'm very happy with both these ears buds and the price I paid: €69.50 - that's Euros which are nearly the same as USD

I realize something today after watching a review on the creative outlier gold, that if you go to the app store ios or android and download {Super X-Fi} app on your smartphone that creative outlier air is under the devices list that has Super X-Fi technology... so please do not waist you money if you already own the creative outlier air thinking that your getting a updated pair of earbuds !!!

Creative has been around since 1981 and produced some of the first dedicated computer sound cards. Jeffrey Jones Hey Jeff! Yes I did factory reset (press/ hold both for 20 seconds), repaired, listened to them inside for a bit (loved every minute of it too) but then...then I put phone in my pocket and went outside and walked around the yard. Started having choppy audio again. It was "somewhat" better with my phone in left pocket (I guess the left bud is the master earbud) but still choppy and skipping audio. It skipped on streaming music and also mp3 music from media files. In doors, whether in pocket or not...no issue. Only outside but I run a few times a week. So sad. Best audio experience bar none but they went back today to Amazon.

Make sure Creative has warranty service in your country before buying these! Very likely you’ll need it! Major disclaimer around these headphones- I really hope people read this! There is a reason these earphones get so many customer complaints and bad feedback on amazon and other online retailers despite rave reviews on youtube and other publications- it’s the BUILD QUALITY. Though not obvious via initial testing, these will most likely fail on you. And worse off, Creative does NOT have warranty in many countries. I bought them in Canada and though the retailer claimed a 1-yr warranty per Creative, Creative clearly indicated that they would NOT provide warranty after my buds failed me and were clear they were unwilling to help me. These earphones work great if you’re not one of those folks who has the widely reported connectivity issues- dropouts in one ear. But even if you’re so lucky, they will eventually wear down and break. These aren’t flaws that are easily identifiable but there’s a reason the Amazon reviews are so poor.

Hi there, I've watched a ton of your reviews and I reckon they seem nice and thorough and honest. I have noticed Creative have recently released the Outlier Air V3's. I was wondering if you can get your hands on them for a review? They use a bio cellulose driver (now I don't know what that is) so I was hoping for a review from you before I pull the trigger...V2 was a big improvement on the 1s I've heard so I can't imagine the 3's would be a step back. They also have ANC and ambient mode with full customisation of touch controls and QI wireless charging...all your buzz features. I'd love a review of these if you can get your hands on them. Thanks... Or if you could do a review of V2 even would be great. Thanks for all your reviews and hard work.

Great review as usual, The only thing I really wish that you and all other earbud reviewers would mention is if they can pair with multiple devices at the same time. This seems to be an important feature, at least for me. And when I spend 15 minutes watching a great review but then don't get all the information I hoped for I then have to go waste more time looking for answers. Don't get me wrong, love your reviews... I just wish you covered all the features. When talking about pairing performance it would only take a couple extra words to make that clear.

Nice review. I got the Galaxy Buds for 70€. Package sealed. I guess I would have bought those if I haven't had the opportunity to buy the buds so cheap. If I need a second set those are the way to go. :)

Hello and thanks for the informative video! I am trying to make a difficult choice for me between two models of earbuds, and I would be extremely grateful if you could share your opinion and help me choose. I'm a musician and have a bit more sensitive hearing so it's all about the sound quality. I'm trying to choose between Creative Outlier Air v2 and Soundpeats Sonic. Please help me! 😊 Thank you in advance!

I totally agree with the review. I had mine 10 days ago and it's a great great product (sound, battery, design, price....) but the touch control it's something hard to understand in this type of earbuds...

These were so close to perfect! It would also be nice to have wireless charging and capacitive touch-even with a bump in price. Also, regarding the silicone tips, I returned my Bose SoundSport Free TWS (LOVED the sound signature) in part because of the design of those ear tips, which look surprisingly similar to these. The trailing edge was a bit sharp, and eventually rubbed my ears raw. I think my ears would welcome the rounded tips, where the trailing edge rounds away from touching the ear. I’m still awaiting the perfect TWS set before I pull the trigger. Unlike you, I do not prefer exaggerated bass. I prefer the sound as close to a live performance as possible (though recorded in a controlled recording studio environment). Thanks again! Keep evaluating and I’ll keep watching.

I bought this to the fact that the ring light will go on even if you play music. And that sets it to its competitor. The sad reality the ring light will just light when you pause your music or whatever you're watching.

While sound is always important. The controls are just as important on wireless earbuds. What's the point of them being wireless if you have to take them out of your ear to get the controls to work without hurting you, or have to grab you phone.

The buttons are fine, you're just pressing it wrong. You want to press them in an upward motion, and it's perfect. You don't need to use your thumb. You won't push them more into your ears if you do this. I still agree that they should have made the buttons looser. Regardless, so glad I bought these a couple months ago. They are terrific earbuds.

I tried pressing them or even putting them loosely-I dnt get the sound as expected Or maybe the design is flaw? Anybody else got this issue?

Did you find a way to turn off the pulsing blue lights? They are the most annoying thing about these buds. The case is a lil too bulky too, so it's not pocket friendly. And occasionally they disconnect for a split second.

Sound is definitely more balanced on the Outlier Airs, by a lot. The clarity is the very best I've heard on a pair of TWS Buds, and I've tried several, including the Sabbats. Call quality on the Outlier Airs is excellent as well, whereas it's just ok on the the Sabbats. Sabbats are still great overall tho, and you can't go wrong either way. They are my 2 favorite pairs I've found and I'll be keeping both.
