marta nika it seems some places in the US have tiny home villages. In Canada I’ve heard BC might have a community or a few but they seem hard to find anywhere else.

With all do respect. I wish. That was my house. Its quaint, elegant, everything flows thru, love the color except the wood in the bathroom n table. Even. The outside it’s beautiful 😍. Like I said, I wish that’s my house. Enjoy it.👍🌺

The mom pillow was the PERFECT touch. While I LOVE this idea and plan and design...most cities will not permit a second full kitchen/That defines a separate living quarters. Which can be sublet to someone not family (no longer single family use). The initial zoning for SINGLE family residence maintain one family per location which ensures property values for the rest, it serves the amount of residents per measure for emergency responders, parking, traffic as well as the infrastructure of electrical/gas/storm water/waste water is used as designed and not overloaded. There are so many factors in city planning that make this fabulous idea simply not approve-able. Be sure to check your city's code before dreaming of this FAB idea as the answer to your MOM house. ; )

Very lovely home💖👍 Only kitchen sink is located in the center of the house🙄 Must try to give the kitchenette some cover , make it cabinet-like? Or simply put the kitchen sink outside/ at terrace.
