Joanna Lumley is a comedy genius. She also really has a kind and open heart - I recommend all her travel series very much.

I remember this series was such a big deal because it was the first time it ever aired in the US simultaneously. We got to watch it week by week in order for the first time ever, on Comedy Central. I can still remember watching this episode in my best friend’s kitchen, and going around for the next month or two just randomly saying IS IT A BEE

This is one of the funniest shows in history patsy is one of the best comedy characters ever not many characters could last 30 years like patsy and Eddie 😂

I'm so glad to see this. I can just think of "Is it a bee" - the way she said it and her expression, and it makes me laugh. It is my current mood lifter when I feel myself overwhelmed at work.

One of my favourite episodes of Ab Fab. And I just love the way Joanna says “shove it up their arse vomit it back out” while doing the actions for it. Just brilliant. And the equally hilarious argument fight scene with Saffy in the same episode.

The line...is it a bee? is funny...real funny...it's the way she says it n it's comic genius....I still laugh when I hear n u think is not funny if u read but when acted especially by Joanna Lumley is hysterical....those two are a funny pair...what a great show...I first saw it in 95 n it was love at first sight...we were all running around saying ....but is it a BEE?? n if people laughed u knew they saw the show n if they didn't they hadn't...I knew this guy who had his entire bedroom done like Patsy, n keep saying sweetie this sweetie that...I thought he was a bit overblown but he was a real Queen n he could do it.....it showed me the influence this show had on some people....classic
