League of Legends new CEO "Pekin of Wolves" has split the community in two after making his first massive decision to help improve the game; Making every single Champion wear toeless sandals. "I just think it makes more sense this way-" said Pekin when we first asked him the reason for the decision. "-In League of Legends there is a river that cuts straight through the map, and no one wears shoes through water unless they are psychopaths. I think within the Leagueverse most Champions would still wear something and not be barefoot, so that's where I got my idea.". Although not everyone might agree with what Pekin's idea is, he does show he cares about the future of League and is very invested within the creative side.

To be fair, he (and us) didn't know some of the tech that enables her to lane as well as she does. And even with that, she's on a pretty narrow fringe on the top, not to even mention the mid lane, but Pekin is just crushing with her so far above rate.

So I have absolutely 0 experience playing lanes (I play only ARAM) but I've tested a build in Practice Mode (I know, it's probably not the best testing you can do) but with Navori as Mythic and pretty much adding a few items with crit allows her to do a lot of damage and she gets her W back every 4 seconds (including her bite). With this current build, her bite heals her for around 1.3k. Maybe it's not that good but thought it might be worth mentioning. For anyone wondering, I'm using Kraken Slayer, Navori, Prowlers, Phantom Dancer, Immortal Shieldbow and Mercury Threads. Most of those items can be changed. I feel like the glue is really Navori and Kraken. Kraken seems pretty good due to her very fast attack speed. Anyway, like I mentioned, take this with a grain of salt. Maybe someone can make a better build for her with Navori.

Pekin you should try Briar building Duskblade, Prowlers Claw, Essence Reaver, Stormrazor, and whatever you want last item. HoB rune set up. Probably not the most optimal build but it's a lot of fun.

Can agree on the R bite, but any resets is what ruined Vex into the ground she lies under currently. AP ratios for her W and P heal to (plausibly) enable an actual AP meme build would be nice, but no resets.
