Absorbing Man got buffed! He's been showing up in a ton of lists after his change to 5 Power, but this inclusion in Electro Sandman Ramp made way too much sense!

Power Estimate: Electro Sandman Ramp is a solid archetype that's viable for climbing. It's not at the top of the meta, but has proven results over a long period, and can be a great meta counter from time to time. The addition of Absorbing Man feels like a good addition. It wasn't always necessary, but occasionally opened up some game winning lines.

I accidentally learned that Attuma is the ultimate Leader counter. My opponent snapped, played Leader, and copied my Attuma which immediately killed himself. It was beautiful.

i once won a game with daredevil telling me he was going to leader t5 and so I played only zero so they were forced to remove the ability of the next card they played and so they retreated

You have to be really careful playing leader against phoenix force decks because it tries to copy the phoenix force which no longer is in play, so the leader copies nothing.

Sunspot is better for the pig because sometimes you will just copy their pig with leader or they will not just play it Sunspot is always a W because of electro wave and sandman

tried the deck but didn't have Electro or Nebula so I decided Psylocke and Sunspot respectively, does that work? Either way the end run of this at turn 5-6 and sometimes 7 is where it really shines, and you have options, though a lot hinges on Wave.

Nebula's replaceable with Sunspot, I feel. You'll lose some power in that exchange, but you can certainly do it. Electro Ramp as a deck existed before Spider-Ham and Nebula did, and, back in the day, used to run Sunspot and Lizard (or Ebony Maw). Sunspot's likely the best of those three. As for Electro, no, I wouldn't say Electro is replaceable. This is a ramp deck, and he is the card you use for ramping. Electro is probably the single most important card for this deck to function, sadly.

2 points can be a lot for Absorbing Man. I've been running a Patriot deck with Absorbing Man recently, and the ability to create 5 power Sinister Clones and Broodlings with Absorbing Man is a key part of that strategy.

Change the meta. Make Galactus, bounce, discard, and destroy decks more costly and annoying and costly to play...make you opponent waaaaaaiit for as long as possible.
