Today I will show you again a mixture of abstract and figurative. You will go back to painting in a detached way. The first layer of paint is very simple. Simple tools are in the foreground. You can use the window wiper or a plastic spatula or other squeegee. Have a look around the house, because the cake lifter, as I have already shown you, is also very safe to use. First you apply your acrylic paint, a dark blue, and spread it rather in the middle of the canvas. The other paint (a brown) is added. After the first layer of paint it was ready for me. It looked like an old carpet. The lines and patterns I drew with the handle of the brush into the wet paint. After drying you can continue painting. Your sketch, like these wings, you can transfer. Beautiful effects can also be created by using water. White lines emphasize this figurative motif. All in all the picture has a Shabby Chic style through its coloring. In the book on page 17 you will find the theme layers.
