- Painting with ONE COLOR!! / 'Hidden Depths' - Free Flow Acrylic Painting
This Abstract Acrylic Painting is created with only one color - Paynes Grey (and Titanium White for the hues & light). The bold blues of Paynes Grey are balanced out by the bright whites to create a mix of botanical and ocean elements.
When adding more water to the color, it becomes more transparant. And adding white to a color you create different hues. In this painting I used both.

Is the Golden Fluid acrylics, a pre mixed fluid paint? Did you dilute the Amsterdam with water? This method is beautiful, I’d just like to know what consistency paint is used to get that smooth flow you achieve.

I live in Canada and the Paynes Grey I used in oil painting is nothing like this color! It is gorgeous as is your painting! I had no idea that it has changed in the years since I stopped painting and I had to search online to find that out. LOL

That was so relaxing to watch.....Looks like you are doing a series, love the swipe/sweep effect and love using my 3 smaller brushes although haven't used them for a while.. you inspire me to get back at it Rinske, but the others were so precise why did you leave the white dribbles on this one? cheers from Western Australia
