A'মাল'AM একজন জিনিস ছিলেন বটে। Brilliant ব্যক্তি। ইংরেজি আর বাংলার এক অপূর্ব সমন্বয়...যেমন আমার এই লেখা। চাচার সাথে টেনিস খেলেছি। বাপ-চাচা-ভাইয়েরা ও খেলেছে। আল্লাহ তাঁকে বেহেস্ত নসিব করুন। জীবনে প্রায় সব পক্ষেই তিনি থেকেছেন, খেলেছেন। এসবের জন্য প্রচুর alacrity'র প্রয়োজন হয়। উনার মতো আমলা পাওয়া খুবই কঠিন। লেজেগোবরে...জেলটা তিনি খেটে ফেললেন কিভাবে, সেটা ভেবে অবাক হই, ওটা উনাকে মানায় না। নিশ্চয়ই হিসাবে কোথাও একটা ভুল হয়ে গিয়েছিল।

অথচ দেশের শিক্ষাব্যবস্থা নিয়ে উল্লেখ যোগ্য কাজ করে যেতে পাররলেন না। মাস্টার্স পাশ করেও এখন ছা্ত্ররা ইংরেজি বলতে পারেনা।

অর্ধেক বাংলা অর্ধেক ইংলিশ আগেকার লোকদের এটা একটা বড় দিক! আগেকার লোকেরা সব কিছুর ক্রেডিট নিজে নিতে চায়। যত বড় বড় প্রজেক্ট হয় সব কিছুর পিছনে একটা বিরাট টিম কাজ করে রিসার্চ-এর লোক কাজ করে এক্সপার্টরা কাজ করে এবং তারা বিভিন্ন তথ্য উপাত্ত বিশ্লেষণ করে তারপর প্রজেক্ট সম্বন্ধে কথা বলে। কিন্তু এই ভাইজান এর কথায় মনে হচ্ছে উনার মনে যা আসছে তাই করতে বলছে।

You have no right to judge people. The amount of work he has done to improve Bangladesh is not as easy as writing some negative comments on youtube. Big teams are lead by leaders. I manage a big team and I have always considered my role like a football coach. Good leaders will always ensure his/her team is ready to perform the best with right amount of support. Leadership is never easy. Your job is easy writing comments and judging people.
