A good alternative to being "trapped" in your own base until it goes off is to record the eoka raiding sound on a casette and then set it to loop while waiting in another base nearby to collect loot

In the build menu, you can swap between building skins of the same tier for a minimal cost. Skin the stairs back to stone, place mines, skin back to brick, profit.

You should be able to place a small box near the door and jump clear of them. Or if you want to be appear extra raidy you could throw a ladder to the right of you clipping towards the top of the door frame and that "should" grab and move you far enough away from the hit box of the landmine.
