Don't block when your stamina is low, blocking makes stamina regeneration 10 times slower.

Weird, right? I can guarantee this method is probably out there somewhere already, but it just kind of happened on one of my many playthroughs, and how could I not share this once I tested it out?? I'm on the most current patch as well, so this will probably always be a workable strategy.

I had it ONCE only to get spanked by boss inside.

It's not a perfect system by any means. You're more or less at the mercy of the RNG gods to determine whether or not they are in the correct position to maintain aggro and will actually cause damage. Sometimes the darkwraiths on the other side of the fog will begin walking away and get stuck on the door. They still pull the watcher's aggro without him pulling theirs, and they're too far away for him to hit and pull them back in.

where the fuck did you stand to get the red eyes guy to attack them at the door

You have to lake shure they die near the fog without agroing the main boss. So you gonna have to play a little with that. As soon as the attention as kot on you, walk to the end of the other side and watch them kill themselves.

For the second face you might get lucky and the wraiths can take him down.

The 2nd one is by far the trickiest part. It's just a matter of continuing to lead it towards the fog gate and dodging past it until you get lucky enough for its AI to switch targets to the darkwraiths.

Which part of this cheese gets you stuck? Maybe I can explain exactly how I go about that part of the process to help you out a bit.

@@sunnbrothers3183 i can get the main watcher to start targeting the darkwraiths but I cant stop his spawned other watchers from coming after me, and while the main is after the darkwraiths they dont damage him at all...I'm a bit too late now anyway, I spent like 8 hours grinding in that area and beefed up my greatsword to plus 4 and basically just smashed their heads in with goldpine resin lol didnt even have to heal, kinda helps that I spent forever tryna make this glitch work for fun, ended up learnjng how to kill them normally lol

@@sunnbrothers3183 i only looked this up bc I was worried about the 3 on one fighting that happened at first so I was like yooo SOMEONE has this figured out lol and then I spent a whole session tryna make the trick work til I leveled up enough bc I kept killing all the enemies on the path to the fog gate, and they drop titanite now and then which is sweet so I got a few levels and weapons beefed up, I feel like I may be at a detriment right now with my build bc Im tryna do STR and FTH build with DEX to help weild Greatswords Nd sruff but I cNt use dark weapon yet and dont know how to get sacred oath

@@itstk8828 sacred oath is obtained by ranking up in the Warriors of Sunlight covenant. The altar is on a side path by the Dragonslayer Armor boss fight in Lothric Castle. A str/fth build is absolutely a worthwhile investment. Get yourself a lothric knight greatsword, infuse it with a heavy or refined gem (depending on your str/dex split) slap lightning blade on that mf, and you'll be rolling over enemies like no one's business. The dragonslayer axe is an awesome 1 hand weapon for that kind of build as well.

Something that helps me is making sure I get the darkwraiths stuck in the entryway by getting them a little off center. I think if they're too close to the middle, they sometimes back up far enough that the Watcher can't hit them, which is typically what causes a counter on their part. I try to hang out towards the left or right side of the fog wall, and lure them as close as possible, that way I can have more confidence that they'll get stuck on the door and be close enough that the Watcher can hit them and pull aggro. Also, what system do you play on? If you're on ps4, I guarantee I have a character or 2 that can help you out.

It does work, just not consistently. I find myself having better luck if I try to get the dark wraiths a little off-center before entering the fog.

It works, it's just a tremendous pain to pull off. It isn't truly an effective cheese because learning to do it is honestly harder than learning to fight them. I just thoroughly enjoy breaking enemy AI because it gib me heckin chuckle

@@sunnbrothers3183 what I'm experiencing is that they're actually getting killed by the watchers before they even do any damage

@richardbigham4138 typically the watchers don't even try to attack through the fog until they go into phase 2, as they have much greater range. At that point there's totally the chance he'll kill the wraiths before they accomplish anything.

Yeah but not as easy

It's tricky. The inherent reaction of the dark wraith is to back away and then move forward repeatedly, I try to get them a little off-center before I step into the fog so they get caught on the doors during their "backing up," phase. Then the trick is to dodge past a Watcher when it does a move that propels it forward significantly, so by the time it regains mobility, you're far enough away that the wraith is seen as the logical target. I'll be honest, this is one of those cheese that makes the fight super easy once you get it down, but getting it to work can be just as hard as actually learning how to fight them.

Oh I agree with you 100% 😂 If I'm not mistaken, I think it's this video where I say the cheese is honestly probably harder than just learning how to fight them. It's just really fun when you get it to work.

Which part isn't working for you? Maybe I can clarify that section of the exact process I follow a little more clearly if you think that will help. I did this again on ps4 no more than a month ago just to make sure I still could, but if you're on PC they may have fixed any number of things while they recently had the servers down that haven't been worked into a console patch yet.

@@sunnbrothers3183 I play on Xbox. I get both darkwraiths to the fog, I enter the battle and get the watchers right next to them and then run, however the watchers don’t agro them. (Tired this many times btw)

@@TrashBoat58 typically what I do is try to position myself maybe 3-4 steps in front of the fog, and bait the watchers into doing an attack that will likely overshoot me, especially if I roll straight through it and past them. That way, I'm as far away as I can be from the watcher, with him as close to the darkwraiths as possible. It may also help to make sure the darkwraiths are somewhat off-center before you enter the fog. I can't verify if it makes any difference, but I think offsetting them like that might catch them on the doors and keep them inside the entryway.
