One doubt,answer plz🙏 Since magnitude and direction of alternate current varies with time ,then for one phase ac why its two terminals Live(with high potential,blows light while testing with tester) and Neutral(with low potential,doesn't blow light while testing with tester)?

If the polarity doesn't change, its DC. even though the magnitude and direction changes... And if then polarity changes wrt to time then its AC.

Polarity = direction In DC polarity = constant magnitude ie size or quantity of current may change

If voltage not across 0 volt from + to - or from - to + voltage this is DC voltage as a DC current. It is one directions only and your video is part true and part of fake info.

For purposes of clarity, the electrons traveling along the conductor in the DC animation should be constant. There should be no variation in discharge rate from the battery, but the DC animation shows the light flickering on/off as if direct current has a frequency. You verbalize magnitude and direction remain constant but the animation does not reflect that! I'm thinking that 12V battery needs to be replaced!
