I have seen termites in many houses and this is what i learnt from my experience. Irrespective of the floor you live, if it attacks at one place then it will spread all over the house in few months even if you remove it from that part. Best solution is to do termite treatment from the professionals in whole house. If damage at one place is more just like you are showing in your video then you definitely need to do that in your full house twice in a year or professionals can guide you. Now if you are making new almirah at the same place don't go for wooden material try steal etc. almirah and it looks like wooden only and no maintenance it is forever termite free...

even PVC furniture is the best option and there are lots of design option as well
