False, USA is talking of EVEN temp thru the room without Hot air pockets by using additional fan motor=₹. We Indians look at ₹ cost. We only care to have a Cold Pocket around where we sleep, who cares about the whole room temp ? Secondly Heat travels towards Cold- LAW. So ceiling heat comes down to mix with Cold floor air. Hot air pocket at the ceiling stops more heat traveling from the roof as the temp difference Td is LESS Between Roof and inside Ceiling. Install AC at just above 1 ft of bed level. You will get Cool air for less ₹.
