Hi . I got a 70amp 24 volt alternator. I want to charge the battery's of a inverter. It throws permanent an error out. The charging voltage AC is not pure. How can I fix that problem

If it gives out Ac voltage then just use a rectifier

You will need a a good rectifier along with a voltage regulator for your desired voltage and a good heart sink in case you wish to step down and few caps to clean the noise.

Yes it does usually you take 1.5 times higher volts caps then your total output voltage for safe side , i would also use a fuse .

12amp you need a thicker wire transformer, that will be heavy i suggest you buy a switching power supply

If Vsec =12V→ Vp sec = ~17V. Vin (7812)=Vout(12V)+3V(!)=15V. And there are 2 diodes with their own Vf, cca 1,5V. lout(7812)=1A. ΔVC=0.5V! → C=Ixt÷V=1A×0,01sec÷0.5V = 20,000 µF ! The 1000µF of capacitor is few to the 1A output current! It would be better, if the Vsec would be 15V eff.

Get a higher rating cap and a righer rating voltage regulator which can supply 5amps constantly also you might need a heart sink for that

This isn't really an AC/DC converter but a simple linear power supply. Although it is technically converting an ac source into a dc output, in the parlance of electrical engineering true AC/DC converters are based on switch mode regulation.
