franklin's no longer with ACA, I believe it was jucel who learned this style under franklin

It was a collab between Jucel and Franklin. Jucel announced it on his instagram post. Franklin was just traveling because he was probably teaching. If he hadn't been traveling I think he would've been there for their closer.
