Very very informative in simple terminology. I didn't find any other in Hindi/ Urdu. I am mechanical engineer but have come across a project where CISCO based IP telephony is required. I got basic about it. Thank you, very much.

@4:35 you have mentioned that these packets route thru the help of routers, but earlier you've mentioned that this is a switch based network, it's kind a confusing. You should say that based on routers table, each router forwards the request until address is located based on IP
