Excuse me , I will get 4 exemptions after graduating , right? Even for those 4 papers , should I obtain coaching just to strengthen my comprehension and understanding. The first paper is simple and basic . The second paper , f2 is about management accounting. Third paper , f3 is basic accounting . Fourth paper , f4 is about corporate law. All of these we have learned in 11 , 12th and in bcom. So is it really a disadvantage ?I have forgotten a bit of what I have learned , but is it possible for me to comprehend and learn the advanced papers or is it a must that I should receive coaching?

It depends when you study those papers, for instance, if they completed in 2015 and you're taking your skill and professional exams in 2021 you may be struggling to remember, also if you're not working this may be another disadvantage. I think he's right to say having so many exemptions can demolish the foundation.

And another important think i need to point out is that, when you claim ACCA through exemption you won't be able to claim other professional qualification like CPA (CAN), CA ANZ, ACA (ICEAW).

An ACCA member can claim exception for many professional qualification like i mentioned above. But if you claimed ACCA through any exception (like bcom) you won't get the exception that are given ACCA member. They don't allow you to claim exception through exception.

Predicting questions are not only the Indian system, we all students do it, perhaps we like to gamble Hahaha Also when I was in a university in the UK we used pen and paper in the exams.

I have qualified CA inter and going to apply for articleship.. I wanted to ask suppose I complete my ACCA course in the first yr of articleship is it wise to leave articleship and then go for Masters degree in foreign university or should I complete my articleship and then go for masters?

If everything is going on well with your CA, then why do you want to switch? Even if you switch, in ACCA you need to complete 3 Years of PER, anyhow your Article-ship will be counted for it. If i failed in any paper of ACCA then do i have to pay the examination fee again for my next attempt? Because in ca it is affordable to pay exam fee of 3000 again But paying 8000 rs for a single paper again is just not affordable that is too much

Its a great option! go for it! Bcom syllabus and ACCA are similar (acconting related concepts) So studying ACCA with BCOM is great! Hope it helps!

Try doing it independently, like separate Classes for ACCA and Separate classes for BCOM or BBA. Also invest few hours in learning basics of Accounting, Commerce and Economics. I’ve said few hours for you considering the fact that you’ve scored 95% on Boards.

No, it’s not the same. ACCA is way more advanced. Concentrate on ACCA and take BCom from a college where they support you to do ACCA, then you can easily manage it.

You will get 6 papers for sure if you have BCOM & IPCC . . To get more papers exempt we need to look into your CA Final Mark Sheets. You may get more papers exempt.

Not true at all. Completely baseless theories. There was no need to call them as mistakes rather some precautions before starting up with the course. There's so much practicality in every exam plus so much convenience in sitting exams every three months

If u r a bsc strudent then why would u want to do ACCA after your bachelors , MBA is a much much much....... better option for u. plus MBA in India will actually cost u less than ACCA. if u still want to do a certification than go for CFA, CAIA or FRM ect, they are much more lucrative and cheaper than ACCA. as u r a science student, doing CFA or FRM can land u a job in investment banking which is literally the most lucrative field in finance. note: this is all coming from a person who is actually doing ACCA.

So What's your Plan with ACCA? If you are serious with ACCA then get started with the Basics first then go Towards the Main exams. Infact 9 paper Exemption is completely Pathetic, Students will be left over demotivated about ACCA.

He already got chance Reva, Srm, Symbosis university, Amithy, Manipal Jaipur, Gd Goenka gurgaon university and also Jain university.
