The #4 Seminoles improved to 9-0 on the season after going on the road and defeating Pitt, 24-7. Florida State secured a spot in the ACC Championship game with the win. The FSU defense forced three turnovers, including Fentrell Cypress II punching out the ball at the one-yard line to turn a Pitt touchdown into a Florida State touch back. Quarterback Jordan Travis threw for 360 yards on 22 of 36 passing with both a passing and rushing touchdown. With both their top wideouts out for the game, wide receiver Ja'Khi Douglass stepped up and caught six passes for 115 yards, both career highs. Running back Trey Benson ran for 97 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries.

Definitely.. I go to every home game being that my son is a starting player.. but every week when they are away it seems they love to talk about “the upset”

In the first half of this game, as i watched on TV and watch the live stream chat, here on KZfaq, when Pitt scored, there were literally 50+ FSU Haters that came out of nowhere and started posting, "FSU Sucks." "FSU doesn't deserve to be ranked #4!" "FSU is going to lose to a 2-6 team!" All while lace the chat with thousands of laughing emojies! If you go back and watch the Live Chat, I simply advised the FSU Haters to leave now, because that would be Pitts' only score and FSU will still win by 21. Well, they SHOULD HAVE scored late, but they didn't quite reach 21, but the same result was accomplished, as all 50+ of the FSU haters, do what they do best, stayed silent, when FSU is dominating! Go FREAKING FSU!

Announcer who I think is a former PITT player STOP calling obvious holds as great BLOCKING. Are we doing social credit referring? The weaker team can hold, horse collar, hit late, and taunt as long as it’s fair? An example of number 78’s of PITT’s holding, which was called on FSU is in the third quarter on #75 around 11 minutes.

you seriously are gonna talk about calls when you’re the 22 pt favorite? the obvious missed face mask on the pitt fumble at the one that was RECOVERED by a nole that stepped out of bounds. also the ridiculous unsportsmanlike penalty on 86 resulting in pitt being pushed out of FG range in the third Q. I have never seen a ref walk that far onto someone’s sideline & call something for verbiage. the head official wouldn’t even comment on it after the game. egregious

A fumble out the side of the endzone results in a touchback. so whether the FSU player was OB is irrelevant, the result is a touchback either way. also the penalty on 86 review was watching the players mouth whilst taunting an injured FSU player on the sideline. verbal taunting is a legitimate penalty, and the review showed evidence.@@bwhighlanders19

Probably need to re-edit this. Missed a couple of FSU TDs and only caught the tail end of the play or the replay.

i was watching live - the reason that touchdown to douglas was cut off was because - hilariously - louis riddick was talking about how well the Pitt defense had played…as a tight end is wide open for a touchdown

Louis Riddick, after being called out for being an FSU Hater since 2011, spent the entire game attempting to shield said HATE towards FSU, but if you listen(which I don't recommend you do)he use several occasions to bash FSU's lack luster play in the first half and downplay their 24 to 0 rout in the second half! Louis Riddcik came onto the scene as a FSU Hater even before 2011, but it was in 2011 and in 2013, that he went full retard against FSU and hasn't changed since then! Why ESPN continues to give this guy FSU games is beyond me...wait, it actually isn't has ESPN hates FSU more than any other team in the country! ESPN will do everything to forward their, "If FSU goes undefeated, they still have only a 43% chance of making the CFP" BS narrative.

The rankings of FSU opponents so far: S. Miss: 125, Pitt: 99, Wake Forest: 76, Syracuse: 67, Va Tech: 63, Boston College: 49, Clemson:39, Duke:32, LSU: 16. Liberty is 9-0 and has played a comparable schedule but they are ranked 26th?

How did Pitt get a first down at 10:15. Receiver steps out of bounds 3 yards short of the first down marker and they immediately cut to the next play where it's 1st and 10

I was yelling at the tv during the game because if he didn’t give up on that play could have undercut it and had a pick for sure. Dent is a good player but he could have done better.
