Hello, I am Fraz.
I am a Software Engineer at @Google. I have made this channel to help all who are ready to learn, grow, and do something big in the field of Tech. I create content through informational videos, tutorials, and podcasts that will help students and software engineers.
Meet Shrikant, who was determined and overcame numerous obstacles to achieve his dreams.
Coming from a tier 3 college with a degree in Electronics, Shrikant began his career at Accenture with a starting salary of 3.3 LPA. However, he soon found himself in what most employees consider pretty boring- a support project.
Despite the challenges he faced, Shrikant refused to give up. However, he faced yet another obstacle when he found himself on the bench for three months.
His dedication and hard work paid off when he finally landed a job as an SDE 2 at Microsoft. Shrikant's journey is an inspiration to anyone who has faced setbacks and obstacles in their career.
In this video, Shrikant shares his story and talks about the challenges he faced along the way.
So, join us as we sit down with Shrikant and hear his remarkable journey from a support project at Accenture to an SDE 2 at Microsoft.
Don't forget to hit that subscribe button and turn on notifications so you don't miss any of our amazing content!

I have worked in service based companies for 6 straight years. in the last 3 years my profile was into coding and believe me I used to work almost 10+ hours everyday because of the huge work and deadlines.. I never got a chance to work for 2 hours in a day because of huge micro management from the scrum masters. We used to write down what we have done for the day and how much time it took to complete a specific task with testing screenshots in the excel sheets so that it will be reviewed by managers by tallying it with Jira/Rally/Azure ticket board

I'm working at a service based company for the past 3 years as a Devops Engineer and looking for a switch to a product based company for SDE roles but faced rejections and was feeling low. Listening to Shrikant really gave me hope that I too can get a job offer from a product based company if I keep preparing harder for clearing interviews.

Back in the day I knew my friends who earned really well in tech in Accenture even as new joinees. Not sure if they're paying as low as 3.3 LPA to beginner level engineers now. Usme kitna score karte ho us hisab se tumko stream milta hai...baki ye ek sahi baat hai ke ... Jyada kaam nahi milta... Esa feel hota hai ke paisa fokat pe araha hai😂... And agar tumko teamlead kuch develop karne deta hai aur tum in time karke dete ho...then congrats 🎉 tumko sikhne ko mauka milega... Agar task me delay karte ho tto jaan lo...phir se developer wali kaam maat dhund na...wo tumko support pe daal denge aur khud tumko pata nahi chalega😅
