I mean they were always huge In the 80s it’s just the 90s that kinda murdered their popularity because of bands like Nirvana and Pearl Jam coming out and hair metal bands not being big anymore and being dropped by their labels but we must always remembered all the hair bands including W.A.S.P will always be huge and no genre like grunge or punk will kill their careers because most of the hair bands like Mötley Crüe and W.A.S.P are the main reason we have the music we have today cause they were huge influences on all the bands we have today like Black Veil Brides and mostly Steel Panther

I was invited to Chris Holmes in South of France for his and Cathy's anniversary in 2016 and had a meal with them and a great long chat with Chris about his wasp days and his legendary Jackson beat up axe had a hold of that too so cool and he signed cds for me. A great guy and very down to earth. Perfect gent.

Back in 2009, i met a woman at an NA meeting. She was married with 2 children. In NA it is a requirement that you develop a network of recovering friends. She was added to my network. One day i received a phone call from her. She simply said will you have sex with me. Being a gentleman who was clean for well over a year, what kinda man would i be to not honor such a simple request. She stated, if you don’t have sex with me, I’m gonna use. That wasn’t going to happen, we do recover by any means necessary. I played this song while i was giving a phenomenal WEENERING! To this very day she and i are clean and sober. Glory be to GOD. We DO recover!

Go back and check out all their albums there conceptual album is regarded as either the best or one of the best of all time by all critics. There were talking Pink Floyd The Wall credibility. Then check out all their albums period. There's at least a couple good nuggets on the later albums and their first couple albums have at least half the albums with just amazing hunting lyrics and beautiful sound.

I hear and see GREATNESS !!! Do you know how hard it is to sound that GOOD , LIVE? They never really got their due , band out of time? Maybe the whole PMRC ruined possible mega-success they could have had? Too extreme for the 80's ? Wrong marketing approach? Not sure why they weren't bigger, but I do know they are a respected band amongst musicians and music lovers. No one has that voice , but Blackie. Chris Holmes : who knew what a badass guitar slinger this was after Rise and Fall clip ? Great Band!!

I often try and figure out why they weren't bigger than Motley Crue or poison or Metallica or any of them. Their music is just f****** so amazing. But I just saw a clip of them playing 95 nasty in Spain and the chick that introduced them was dressed up and looked Lamer than Pat Benatar and I was like holy s*** these two eras just clashed so hard LOL.. It doesn't matter, they were so good I still can't figure out why they didn't Shoot To The Top.
