People who face battery related issues ensure you start your bike using kick start for the first time of the day let it run on idle for sometime and then move on …I have been doing this in my suzuki access 125 which I bought in 2021 also for my unicorn 150 since 2016 and had never faced battery related issue

My Access 125 bs6 40,000 kilometres run 2.7 years now No problem faced ,only had pickup problem because of running is much but that too solved now My scooty with 4 fog lights,4 extra indicators After 18 months changed battery but battery did not give me problem for safety purpose I changed Mileage also minimum 50km

Right Bro..👍🏻Myself from Karnataka State, Udupi Dist & I too own the same model BT/Drum in Royal Bronze purchased on Feb-2023. Here all the i faced problem from this scooter is all through the negligence from the Main Service Centre themself i faced certain issue right from the day of purchase till the 3rd service running now. Here nobody is keen in providing a quality service even in the Main Dealership, as the larger number of sales of these access/burgman models are on demand these people are least bothered in any customers satisfactory service provision.. As u said the ₹100/- consumable charges are taken from the Sub Dealers of Suzuki in the name of Lubrication & Cotton Waste. The headlights are realy dull looks like we are riding with a 9volt Head Lamps. Vehicle need to be frequently rode atleast 20km/day as the battery needs to be charged daily to hold a sufficent charge. Lacking provisions are there are No Pass Switchs & Hazard Switch which is more essential. No dickey Lights.

You are right brother, Iam also from Udupi. The main dealer has no concern for customers complaints. You can approach the sub dealer at Kinnimulki for better care and patient hearing.

mine is 2020 BS6 model, battery issue within 2 months after purchase, was replaced by warranty, took few days, now again battery issues after couple of years, paid full and replaced, took few hrs, feel that seat length is too long, when i turn left/right feels like bit difficutl to control the balance, also puttign main stand is almost impossible due to the seat long lenght, but for Activa it was a childs play for me to put main stand,

I had same battery problems right after 3 months of purchase. Battery volt fall down to 10v. If your battery fall down to 10v. you couldn't start the scooty by self start. You have to start it by kick and for ladies it is hard to start by kicking. From service centre guys they told the brand new access comes with exide brand battery which is black in colour. And after issuing of battery when you visit service centre to replace the battery they replace it with a red colour exide battery. Which is better than black one. If some one facing the same problem then force to service manager to exchange or replace the battery into red one.

Yes, I had battery problem within one year even on my 2017 model access.. the second battery they install is good.👌🏼..

Same problem with my 3 yr old access. I replaced the battery within 6 months of purchase and after 2 years it started again. I have to kick start the scooter, but after this uneven fuel supply to bike due to low battery my access is able to give me 50 kmpl mileage in crowded city like Pune. For me it's perfect if I replaced the battery with new once again due to its excellent performance and the handling.

Bro my pure suggestion go for a bigger battery of exide as stock battery black etz4 is actually 3ah not 4ah can check in user manual so get either 4ah or 5ah battery installed like exide xltz5 which is actually 4ah or xltz6 (5ah) and in these two no fitting problem installed after 2.5 years in bs6 access xltz5 working fine from 6months provided you ride 10 15 km daily so as to charge properly and please try to cold start with kick so that battery regain energy lost overnight as the digital meter clock is powered by battery even if ignition and meter is off

I am a owner if burgman 125 bs6, mera scooty almost 26000 km chal chuka hai 2.5 years me......and i m very much impressed with this scooter, bcz iska pickup, mileage har chiz me ye jabardast hai.....bas 2 hi chizo me mera shikayat hai......sbse main battery issue....2 saal me mera 4 br battery change ho chuka hai r kabhi kabhi to start krte bkt gari smoothly ek shot me start nhi hta thra atakke start hota hai aur dusra prb iska rear wheel ka confidence sahi nahi hai......otherwise ek number scooty hai.....day to day basis ke lie mast scooty hai kifaiti bhi hai bht

I am having problem with self start ,and battery dead in one year. When I mentioned minor issues in service they ignored,worst service center not worth. Instead of this Honda is better

I had similar battery issue with my Activa 125(idle start top) in less than a year. I was told in general all OEM battery in any brand scooter wont even last especially, cuz most of them has exide battery which is of inferior quality. Changed to AMARON, still going more than 2 years.

Fuel pump problem bhi tha bt company ne solve kiya , bt battery wala prob acess and burgman me still exist. Baki both scooty are amazing in performance.

Im using access 125 from past 6months the major issues are 1. Mirror part gone too loose and i asked to tight them in showroom but they told me to replace with new one and 2.breaking gone too loose 3.rider connect is just waste of money not shows accurate route #Raadhe Raadhe

Bro , sorry to say that. You have lack of knowledge about two wheeler. Due to your negligence your have faced this much issues. I have the same model vehicle which was purchased on aprioll 2023 and it has completed 1 year 3 months and the i have driven the vehicle till today is 15000 . I have not faced any issue till now . Keep your service properly. Normally clutch and breaks ka service krte rehna continuously.
